I've come here several times and usually the bartender that I see is Miguel CH. The food is good here and his service is good as well. He seems to do the bar and also serve the tables while he's here he does everything. I enjoy the food here is very good I recommend this place to anybody who has a little bit of time to come in and get a drink and have something cool to eat.

Brought my mother for her birthday and our waiter Gilberto was the BEST!!! He was non stop entertainment, didn't knowour dinner came with show, 😂😆👌🏾🙌🏾. Made us all laugh and enjoy the visit. Ask for Gilberto when dining here.

Worst place worst food and worst drinks ever! Back in the day this place was poppn and crackn! Not so much anymore! We ordered pina coladas with extra shots there was no extra shots! But we were charged for it! The food was horrible! I should of known when we walked in there on a Friday night and it was dead! Nobody was in there! And the server kept making excuses for the drinks and food! We spent at least $200 including tip! Could of been a little better!

Once we were there and seated, they asked us if we made the reservation online or over the phone when we said online, he said “just to let you know parties over 8 can't have multiple checks, it's one check + 18% gratuity. Which the tipping I don't mind, but being that we are a big group. Multiple checks were needed. If that's the policy, it should be made known when booking online. If not as least call.. on top of that the service was terrible this day. The server couldn't hear us, was taking orders from the other side of the table instead of walking around to each person and then would get frustrated when he couldn't hear over the extremely loud music. Wrong orders were brought out. I asked for extra onion on my fajitas which I've never been charged for instead I was brought out a big plate of onions and charged five dollars for it. Which reminds you it was seasoned so I didn't even eat it. I just wanted extra onion in my fajita. That was just a few reasons. There was much more that we discussed with the manager already. We go often, so we know it's not a reflection of the restaurant, I truly believe this was just a server who didn't enjoy his job. The manager was great in getting everything resolved. All other employees looked like they were in a good mood and happy to be there so I don't want to completely bash the restaurant.

This was my first time for the brunch buffet. It was great! I highly recommend it. There was such a wide variety of food, freshly prepared, including an omelette station. The breakfast also included mimosas. Our server was very attentive, and others stopped by the table regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. El Torito's has mastered the art of a brunch buffet!! Thank you for an awesome experience!

Made reservations for 2 at 3 pm. We got there and it wasn't that busy. They had just finish serving brunch. We got waters and some chips. We placed our order for an appetizer plate. We didn't get the plate till like 3:50!!! Then he comes like at 3:45 asking if we wanted to order anything else!! I'm like, we haven't even gotten a simple appetizer yet!! When we finally got it, it was not good at all. The 2 chicken wings that we got, look deformed and tasted old, like frozen food. And just a bunch of chips with guacamole and some what I think looked like petite flautas, like 3 of them. For $25??? Not worth it at all. I think they either changed management or cooks, because I was there before and I was very happy with the food and service. Not going back.

Great experience but very busy which caused server to be extremely busy causing a few delays in service in the beginning but got better when people starting leaving. Otherwise, food was great, selection was good, table location was good, it was loud but was expected. Great holiday brunch.
Was sat and told we had a hard limit of 90 minutes to eat, which isn't ever a problem but then had to wait in crowded lines of people shoving for 20 minutes to get 3 tacos, a slice of ham, half a tamale and some mashed potatoes. Asked for their regular salsa because it wasn't available on the buffet, the waiter said he would get us some and never brought it back. I took a bite of the tamale and found a thick piece of someone's hair that was NOT mine or anyone at our tables. UGH! The waiters response when we showed him was to shrug. The bathrooms were dirty and didn't have anything available to dry your hands after washing them. For $43.99 I expected more. Used to love eating at this restaurant, was excited to try it again. So disappointed we chose this for our Christmas dinner. Huge mistake. Save your money and time.

We had a wonderful brunch experience!! The service was outstanding and the food was delicious!!! There were a few birthday parties going on and everyone looked like they were having a blast!! Each time I went up to the buffet, there was always fresh food available!! Can't wait to go back!!

We had some of the Happy Hour Specials - 9 Wings, 4 Flautas and 3 Sopes. All were good. Along with a coke and an iced tea ( both free refills) and free chips and salsa- bill came to $36. They have sports on TV with sound down ( MLB today). Happy Hour Specials in Bar Area - includes booths in upper area of restaurant. Drink Specials also available. The regular menu is also available in the bar area. Taco Tuesdays feature hand made tortillas and made to order tacos. They also have an all u can eat Sunday Brunch.
