i didnt realize a fresheria opened by me, and i love there other locations, so i went to check it out. food was very good quality, and the service was very good too. the owner himself works the counter, and is very attentive and friendly. the food was priced incredibly well for the quality and portion you get. ill be back!

Absolutely obsessed with Fresheria! The food is fresh, simple, and actually makes you feel good after eating. Nothing feels heavy or overly processed, and everything tastes clean and homemade. It’s one of those places I crave when I want something healthy but still really good.

The food was so amazing. I tried the chicken pesto with a side salad and the chilaquiles with chorizo. On my momma fire!!!!!! I feel nice and full but I don’t feel heavy really fresh feel and taste. The service was A-1. Definitely recommend this place.

First, I noticed the enticing aromas coming from the kitchen, which made me stay in a line that was out the door. To be fair it is a small spot and it was lunch time, so I took that as a good sign. It was! I am so happy to have a fresh veggie/fruit food spot in La Mesa! I love a good green smoothie and always have to go out of my way to get one. They are reasonably priced, have clean cute seating area, and friendly staff. I am excited to try more of the menu and look forward to them being around for a while. Best of wishes for the Team at La Mesa Fresheria! I will definitely be a regular.
