The dirtiest and nastiest food you can possibly ever order. These people are disgusting and should not be in business I got my food served cold and tasted really old I would never recommend this place to anyone not even a homeless person sleeping on the street will eat this food. I am a fan of ihop but this location has made me promise to my self that I would never ever step foot into any ihop again a day in my life.

Waited for about 15 minutes ish or so and no one was at the host stand nor did anyone come to greet me even though two different servers saw me. I can imagine they’re understaffed and I know that’s not their fault but the managers of this specific establishment need to do better.

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BANKING AFTER YOU TIP! We went in for lunch and our waitress was not very great. We had to keep getting up to ask for things we needed. We purposely tipped on the lower end and when we check our bank statements the waitress decided she would up her tip amount to 18%…. Absolutely ridiculous. We have no problem tipping for good service when it is given. But when you take forever just to bring us water, and we have to get up and ask other waitresses for stuff that’s not worthy of 18%.
Went there today for brunch and it was a bit busy. We placed our drink and food order at the same time. As we were waiting we began to notice that tables that were seated after us already had there food. Our waiter didn't not check on us at all and when he did come back to the table it was with food that wasn't even ours, and yet again it was for a table that had been seated after us. After this we walked out as waiting 45 to 50 minutes for some pancakes is absurd! Don't bother wasting your time or money here.

Seating was fast but once seated it was like we never were there. Nobody came to greet us in anyway. There was a server that walked by at least 5 times never acknowledged us, turns out he was our server. So I don’t know if we were seated in the wrong spot or what. Then when we did get food it was not good all.

Giving them 5 stars because im grateful. I stopped for a quick drink ($8 shake to go on a small cup- a bit steep).but I forgot my purse and im super grateful the server/hostess/cashier...(superman one man show) had it in the back and returned it to me. So grateful for the honesty. This is still my spot to have coffee w some pancakes and catch up with friends and always get good service. Although I always feel bad for the person working there because they are understaffed. Just wanted to share a gratitude post for the servers honesty. Wish I had gotten his name.
