Overall, pretty good, especially for SD BBQ.

Pork ribs: no notes; as good as it gets

Brisket: perfectly cooked, but could use some trimming from a large fat cap.

Collards: as good as it gets

Mac and cheese: it was decent,. Bummed that the toddler didn't like it.

Burnt ends: maybe a little more chopped up than I would have liked. Good sauce. There was some hard bits in there, maybe...

My new favorite BBQ place in San Diego. The pulled pork, brisket, Mac and cheese, collard greens, and potato salad were fantastic. Their sauces are great and the cornbread is very moist and tasty.
