The Chili's location in LA Mesa is pretty good, although it's not the best restaurant around. The food is decent, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. Prices are also reasonable. I would definitely recommend it for a casual outing with friends or even just for grabbing a beer. Overall, I would give it a rating of 4.3 out of 5.

Ok, yes.... It's secretly Chili's fronting as a Wings Joint. That said... It's ridiculously cheap and not bad. Sure I wish they had the option to do all drums for $1 more like Wing Stop and more flavor options, but their prices sort of make up for it. Oh, and if I could pay a little more to get onion rings instead of those sad fries... We would best friends.
