I'm giving this location a 5 star review due to the employee who worked the drive thru during lunch today. I ordered a Jr. Chix Sandwich and Ice Water. It's allergy season and my eyes are constantly watering. The employee went out of their way to ask if I was okay because they thought I was upset/crying. So very sweet to check in with me because they were worried. Also, as a former drive thru employee at JIB back in the day, today's experience was the highlight of my day because someone CARED. Thank you!

I've held my word for a week now but , I'll just speak on it now. The past month on two occasions I as a Black patron have been ignored at this location while other white patrons were served when paying cash from the kiosk. On both occasions white patrons (all elderly) had their orders completed when they were 2-4 orders behind mine. Coincidence or real pattern, I cannot tell. But just something to bring to the attention of all Black patrons (local or visiting) so they won't be met with a rude awakening like mine. Be safe out here...

Don't be a Black customer here. They will send you to the kiosk to pay, yet take cash orders from "other" customers and make you wait 15 minutes for a drink 🤷🏾🤷🏾
I had a very simple order in a woman seem confuse. I ordered the combo by the number and I asked for ice tea. She asked me I wouldn’t. I ended up with a tall soda no ice maybe a diet soda I don’t know I drink soda, but I didn’t go back to iteven though. The service is so so and I would drive. We gotta keep them up and before you drive off make sure you have everything you want and then it’s correct. What are you doing?

Bummed that I couldn't get my caffeine free diet coke, but my tiny tacos were terrific. There was a long line but we were served in a faster time than I expected.

Ordererd the smashed jack, lg seasoned fries, and lg regular fries. The sandwich was fine, albeit luke-warm. Both fries were totally cold. Like, they had been sitting out for a good ten minutes or so, and I'm a 2 min drive from home so that couldn't have happened on the trip back.
Anyhow, I was hungry and ate my burger and fries, then my wife ate her fries. It was pretty bad for the both of us but we were both hungry and didnt have time for home cooked food. Anyhow, all seemed okay until an hour later when my stomach started going crazy. I bought my food around 2pm, ate around the same time. By 8pm I made four unfortunate triped to the bathroom to totally blow it out my back-side.
No vomet or nausea, but definitely incontinence. I know for a fact it wasn't my breakfast because my wife and I ate the same thing and she is fine. The only difference is I ate the burger and seasoned fries, she only ate half of the terrible, cold, regular fries.
I will stick with a different jack location. I don't like paying good money to get diarrhea.

My daughter placed a mobile order and they couldn't even follow the customization on her food. Not to mention her food has the font counter custom lable on it. She gave her food away to her cousin. And also the fries were cold like they had been sitting around for awhile. I thought the slogan here was " we don't make it till you order it"?
