Service is great, even when it's busy and the workers have to juggle tasks. Food is always hot and quick. The woman working the counter was so sweet, I wish I could tip her. Didn't catch her name, but she was a Mexican woman in her 30s and I think a manager. Love her.

I usually come around midnight at this location and after 7 months I'm writing a review and giving 5 stars because the night shift person ✨️ ELIZABETH ✨️ is a hidden gem! This woman is so awesome and makes sure you got everything you need! She actually ASKS you if you'd like curly or regular fries and if I'd like ice or no ice with my drink (no other JitB employee has even given me the option, they just rush me through) and always makes me feel welcome through...
