They were kind and fast with my order, but the cashier couldn't figure out how to split my payment even tho I explained it to him step by step, he just couldn't seem to get it together...so it was very inconvenient for me, but I figured out a way to pay for it in just one payment, thank goodness, or I would have been one sad, un-fed lady!! And it was on Xmas night around 9pm, so my options were already SUPER limited...Lol

I places an order thru the drive thru and I noticed in the screen that it said 1 High Mount (picture 1) when I got to the window and asked the question the drive thru representative did not know what I was talking about even after I showed them the picture.

Another person most likely an supervisor told me that this is something new and that when ordering something it will display that. Now keep in mind I’ve never seen this at any Jack n the box location ever. But it did not display that on the receipt (picture 2)

Upon getting ready to pay, I showed the representative my Military ID card, he looked at it and still proceeded to charge me the regular price of the entire order. When asked if this location no longer gives Military discounts, his response was “it’s too late as you already paid for the order”. When I stated that i showed it to him and he looked directly at it. He then told me “don’t worry about it”

I’ve been coming to this location for a good while now and to receive this type of service with the lack of knowledge and training of the employees is unacceptable. With any change employees need to be knowledgeable as well as trained on the procedures of the business. And need to explain to customers if certain discounts are no longer accepted at this location.

Needless to say that I will not be returning to this location.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. I placed an order totaling over $20, and unfortunately, the order was incorrect. When I called the store to address the issue, I spoke with the manager, Kate, who informed me that she was the one who packed the order.

Instead of offering a resolution or even attempting to make the situation right, Kate raised her voice at me over the phone and repeatedly said there would be no refund and nothing she could do. I explained that I was willing to return the food and simply wanted my money back, but she was dismissive and refused any form of assistance.

This level of customer service was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. At no point did she apologize, offer a solution, or express any desire to make the experience better. Based on how I was treated, I will not be returning and will be sharing this experience with others as well.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the behavior and lack of customer care demonstrated by your management staff.

Ok, I came here (drive thru) late night 6/28/2025 around 11 p.m. I don't think I ask for too much when I placed my order. Simple order was Double Jack ( NO PICKLES PLEASE, my husband is allergic ) I tell the guy who takes the order why there cannot be pickles on his burger. Okay so with that I got a Large vanilla shake, ya know just make that a meal with reg French fries and I got the bones parmisian wings. $23 and some change. I get the bags, drive home and hubby was on break from work so I put his food out for him. We're getting ready to eat and OMG....!! SERIOUSLY.... PICKLES, also the lettuce & that discusting sliver of lettuce. I couldn't believe it. I don't why there are PICKLES on this burger. I don't know why this burger looks like it's been sitting in the window all day... I'm confused because this is my favorite jack in the box. I'm pissed because my husband got sick, he threw the burger away and I feel bad because I even went there to begin with.

I ordered through Uber Eats. Unfortunately Jack in the box did not put everything I ordered in my bag. I called and the person who answered was rude she did not let me finish saying what I was saying, she said, just stop by Jack in the box and we will give you your items bye!

Worst service of any jack I've ever been too. They take forever to help customers and then get orders completely worn. It's already expensive as heck, and now crap service?

I literally ordered food and it was like 1am. After i order, i realize that i dont have my wallet. My order wws $11, and my friend had $9.25 on his card so we told the guy what had happened and he wasnt bery accommodating. I had him take the shake off so that it would go through. I was surprised when i asked him if he was juat going to throw out the shake anyways. He said no, he will just wait for the next perwon to order a chocolate shake qnd he will give them my already made one on the counter. Good lookin Jack in the Box.

Very rude customer service. You might not like your job but you don’t have to take it out on the customers.
UPDATE: 01/14
I already did reach out to customer support and received no response. The cashiers name who was rude was Mary, she had no uniform or name tag on but that’s what the receipt said. What’s more important which I would have chosen to discuss over the phone is that during my visit I witnessed two homeless people purchase drugs in the parking lot and proceed to use drugs in the jack parking lot. This is a nice community and if you don’t do something eventually police will.
