Hands down the best Jersey Mike’s. The restaurant is always clean…the staff is not only friendly, they are fast, accurate & just nice! I go out of my way to go to this particular shop!!! I have 2 closer, but not as good!

First time here, female employee was so rude and then get super mad at me when I asked her to put the sandwiches separately as I got the same sandwich as my coworker and they are busy so I went ahead and got the same sandwich to make it easier for them And at the time I asked them to be separately and then when I asked instead of her being friendly doing it, she put on a tantrum, handed me the paper to wrap it up witness it here you do it and I was like huh and then she just kept talking bad about me That’s really great customer service right there maybe if they listen. When I explain when I place the order that I wanted them bagged separately then this all could be avoided

Very disappointed in this Jersey Mike's. I think that Jersey Mike's prides itself on accommodating your order to your preferences, but I felt there was resistance and lack of accountability. My sandwich was so soggy on one side. The attitude was snippy. And the morale of the staff seemed very low. I'm sorry that the people that work there have to work so hard, but it was what they call a bad vibe.

I have been in here a few times and everyone is always so nice. My last two visits Corey helped me out and his manners are exceptional and service was great. His manners definitely stood out to me, I don’t typically leave reviews but this was definitely worth mentioning.

Consistently good. I alternate between the Club Supeme & Philly. Jersey M's Rewards Club is very generous! 👍🏻 Great service at every location I've been to! You get much better quality proteins & a larger amount of ingredients on a sandwich from here vs. other sandwich chains, fs! 😎

I am disabled. They have the doors closest to the disabled parking space closed and locked. This means that I have to travel all the way around the building to use the corner entrance. I tried to call and was told that there is no manager and I could only speak with a shift leader. I'll try again when hopefully there is an adult available to speak with.

I am a disabled person/vet. I attempted to patronize the La Mesa Jersey Mike's Sub store yesterday afternoon, I found that the side entrance doors are now locked. These are the doors closest to the disabled parking and that allow people using wheelchairs and walking aids to conveniently and safely enter the store. The sidewalk that is now suggested can be dangerous for disabled people as it is narrow and has an unprotected drop on one side. Today, I called the store and spoke with a person who said that he is the general manager. He seemed unsympathetic to the situation and claimed that the City of La Mesa had told him that they are in compliance with ADA requirements. He did not seem to understand that without an inspection by an ADA representative the city could not provide such an statement. He admitted that they had no certificates or documents stating their compliance. I told him that I believed he was wrong, and that the store was not in compliance. He didn't care and we ended the conversation.
In short, at least this store does not care about the inconvenience and safety of the disabled that may wish to patronize their establishment. I just hope no one is injured. I and my family, and anyone who cares to listen to my experience should never visit their store.
