I am disabled. They have the doors closest to the disabled parking space closed and locked. This means that I have to travel all the way around the building to use the corner entrance. I tried to call and was told that there is no manager and I could only speak with a shift leader. I'll try again when hopefully there is an adult available to speak with.

I am a disabled person/vet. I attempted to patronize the La Mesa Jersey Mike's Sub store yesterday afternoon, I found that the side entrance doors are now locked. These are the doors closest to the disabled parking and that allow people using wheelchairs and walking aids to conveniently and safely enter the store. The sidewalk that is now suggested can be dangerous for disabled people as it is narrow and has an unprotected drop on one side. Today, I called the store and spoke with a person who said that he is the general manager. He seemed unsympathetic to the situation and claimed that the City of La Mesa had told him that they are in compliance with ADA requirements. He did not seem to understand that without an inspection by an ADA representative the city could not provide such an statement. He admitted that they had no certificates or documents stating their compliance. I told him that I believed he was wrong, and that the store was not in compliance. He didn't care and we ended the conversation.
In short, at least this store does not care about the inconvenience and safety of the disabled that may wish to patronize their establishment. I just hope no one is injured. I and my family, and anyone who cares to listen to my experience should never visit their store.

I bought a club sandwich, usually it's a great sandwich. First time at this location, something was not right with the taste. Definitely not as good as other locations. On the next visit, I tried a different sandwich but same results there was something not quite right with the food. I would not recommend eating here.

Food looks fresh and clean. The table setting was OK. Can't believe they allowed dogs in there. That was gross and should not be allowed at all.The wait was way too long. I would have canceled it if I could.They needed to pull back on the salt a lot.First time trying it and the last time.

I was crossing by & thought of eating a sandwich & Usually i am jersey eater was glad to find one across freeway , me & my brother quickly order No 55 & Chipotle chicken let me tell you at the very first bite we experienced something was missing from the flavours couldn’t actually figured out what exactly as we eat the same sandwich in Redlands CA it taste way more better & flavoured.
