I have used the drive thru twice in the past 6 months. Both times the person taking my order was abrupt and not pleasant, like I was bothering her or she was in a hurry. Nonetheless, I drove to the window to collect my order. Both times, they forgot one of the items that I had ordered ( and paid for). When I pointed it out, she again was irritated and just handed me the other bag of food without saying anything. Food tasted ok but service left a bad taste in my mouth. Also on the pricy side. With all of the other options nearby, I won't be returning to this place.

If you want the smallest burritos for top dollar, this is the place to go. It was actually cute look'n how small the burrito was. I'll call them baby burritos....for top dollar. ??‍♂️

The food and the place are excellent but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I placed my order and they did not put napkins or sauce. I approached to ask for the napkins and the lady serving was talking to the cook and they were both ignoring me. The food could be good. there but with service like that I prefer not to return.

Ordered two enchiladas that came out cold enough that not even interior cheese was melted.Full extent of service at window was stating price and handing back card before disappearing. Had to wait five minutes for cashier to return to ask for receipt.

She always gets my order wrong. I ordered folded tacos. I got rolled tacos. I asked for green sauce, she gives me red sauce. They don't care.

This place used to be a lot better. The Carne asada is really good but they barely put any in the burritos these days. This California burrito is more like a French fry pico burrito. The nachos are like 70% chips with no toppings.

Pricey for what it is. $6 gets you 3 soggy Rolled Tacos with the skimpiest layer of guac and cheese. $12 gets you a small, dry Carne Asada Burrito. Don't forget the attitude that comes with asking for the guac (which *already* comes with the item) on the side. Unfortunately, this is my experience each time, and I only continue to come here for the convenience - it's a rainy night, there's a drive through, and it's close to home. You would be better off at El Azteca down the street, or Cotijas in Santee.

food was very good. tryed it again because my wife wanted a brc bowl. but they just can't seem to get my order right. twice in the last week I have gotten food I did not order or my slight mods were messed up. side not my burrito was rolled so poorly it fell apart. so final point is good food but only if your not picky at what you get

Best burritos in San Diego! 100/10 recommend. I love the spicy red sauce and the rolled tacos are great for sharing.

Not as good as it's previous incarnation as Chili Bandito but quick drive thru service, never as crowded as it used to be (probably because of the post Covid/Biden build back better prices) $10 burritos.

My food was absolutely disgusting and burnt and just all the way around horrible and then was told to bring disgusting burnt food back to the store! I explained that I work 20 minutes away, was told if I want my money back then bring food back! HORRIBLE!!! I also explained I was in lunch and that gas is $6.20 gallon for me to just bring nasty burnt food back but I’m in my way to give their disgusting food back
