La Mesa Oktoberfest is a lively and fun event that attracts a large crowd. The atmosphere is electric, with live music and traditional German clothing adding to the festive vibe. The beer selection is impressive, with crisp and flavorful Oktoberfest beers available. While the street food options are standard fare, the German-inspired pub-style food is a highlight. Unfortunately, the bratwurst was a letdown, with two different varieties tried being bland and lacking flavor. Despite this, the event has plenty to offer, including fun events for adults and kids, shopping, and live music. With some improvements to parking and organization, La Mesa Oktoberfest has the potential to be an even more enjoyable experience.
