This place used to be one of the best taco shops in the area. I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage, but they barely put any sausage in it—despite the nearly $12 price tag. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. I think they're trying to go out of business. This place has gone downhill insanely fast.

We’ve been coming here for over 10 years and the food is good but the service is terrible. With so many good taco shops in the area you would think the owner would listen to all the negative service comments and find better people to work the front. Sorita’s is always busy but we’ve never had a rude experience there.

Very poor customer service. I just tried to call in an order for pick-up and immediately got met with a rude woman on the phone with a bad attitude as if they don't want to take any call in orders.. thanks

This spot was legit. The staff was really friendly and the food was on point. If I ever make my way back to this area, I would definitely try more menu items. My family loved it and it was better than some of the other spots we’ve tried. I didn’t wait that long compared to other spots I know.

God Awful customer service after informing the rude cashier about our rolled tacos being spoiled she responded by saying we are never allowed to come back , that alone tells you ever thing you need to know about this restaurant. I will be calling the health department because someone will get seriously ill eating here
