Ordered a double quarter pounder and received this! They used 2 regular patties from what I’m assuming is the Big Mac. Unacceptable! Plus WHY is it ALWAYS a wait when you order a double quarter pounder??? I always have to pull up ahead and wait for them to bring it out, I only ordered 1 menu item!

Swung by the drive through to pick up a grinch happy meal for my granddaughter. She absolutely loved it. The service was amazingly quick & she had no complaints about the food or the grinchy socks.

It’s McDonald’s workers for some odd reason messing up these orders. I ordered on Ubereats didn’t make my order confusing or anything like that and they still messed up.

On Saturday, November 8 at 1:15 PM The lady working, the drive-through needs to work on her attitude problems. As a customer, you know Customer Service does go a long way. I had explained my order to her twice of what I ordered, and she continued to give me attitude about it when I ordered through the mobile app why is it that I have to show a picture of what I ordered through the app and you’re still challenging me on what I ordered? This makes me very concerned as a customer when you have a very basic job to put food in a bag and serve it to me. I don’t understand how you have three people helping you in the back organized meals and you still can’t get my order correct. This will be the last time I showed up to McDonald’s especially when I spent almost $40 in food. Correct the way I was raised doing Customer Service or anything that has to do Usually, Customer Service comes first. If I was to have an attitude, especially at a food job or a retail job I’d be fired on the spot, but I guess times have changed. What do I know being 35 years old again definitely won’t be returning to this McDonald’s location due to this lady having attitude and they probably won’t do anything about her Behavior

Every single time I’ve been they’ve messed up something of mine. I buy iced vanilla coffees a lot, this is the only McDonald’s to constantly give me caramel instead. My husband gets a Coke they gave him sprite? Always messes up our orders
