The menu screen has been broken for months, so it’s impossible to see what is available. Also, I have gone there for a shake 3 times in the last month and every time they are out of ice cream. How is this possible??

This wasn't the McDonald's I expected here in La Mesa. I went here with my uncle and my 2 cousins and ordered a medium fry, a 4 piece nugget, a big mac and an Oreo McFlurry, along with my 2 cousins both getting Slurpees and 2 happy meals. Fast forward the very next day, and me and my cousin threw up on what looked the McDonald's and the slurpee we got the day before. On my life, do not come here.
