I asked him for a cheeseburger plain plus bacon they charge me for the bacon. They did not put the bacon on the burger and they did put everything on the burger. Like I said I didn’t want nothing on it plain they have the worst service. This is not the first time I order and they messed up on my order. It’s been the second time I’ve been there and the second time they messed up on my order the worst place to be, bad attitude as well

i didn't even want to give this place a 1 star. to say that i am disappointed is an understatement. to say i had mold on my burger buns are something that i thought i would never have to say. my husband is now extremely sick from eating his other two burgers and throwing up continuously. please DO NOT go to this mcdonald's it's disgusting. how are you going to feed your customers a moldy burger? get the stick out of your ass and find a job that isn't making you miserable every damn shift. come the fuck on mcdonald's.

Hours are not accurate, it says everywhere online that it's open until 10 but I arrived at 9:17 and they were already closed and looked like they had been for some time.

Had the worst service tonight at McDonalds. Was belittled my the Sunday night manager, on june 25th, who would not let me use my coupon code which would have saved me another 5-6 dollars. She literally told me that you have to give coupon code first and they cant change it even when i have used it multiple times before and gave them codes afterwards. I have worked with food for two decades and the company i work for would never let us talk to people like this. Wow!

Very rude people working in there. Fries were obviously so old and soaked in grease. Nobody greeted me and refused to help me or even tell me I had to order at the kiosk. I have never had a single problem coming here during the day but will not be returning during the evening hours.

Yesterday I came around 5:40 pm and the worker she saw us and she never say Hello welcome . And she was keeping talking with another worker. When I got upset and I told her you don’t have any customer service if you are busy just say i’ll be with you when i’m done . And she was liar she told me I said just a minute But she’s not and even she didn’t apologize.she doesn’t have any customers service. I think her name is Lornia i’m not sure .

Kiosk is absolutely horrendous. You'll wait 15-20 minutes while people who order through register pass you by. A sign instructing the use of kiosk if using card is placed at the counter. This is not a staff issue it is a tech issue. The human employees are friendly and hard working.
