This place charged me 26 dollars for a egg McMuffin meal and bagel meal. No extra sides or size jack up. It's pure bull if you ask me. Don't recommend it

What has happened to this McDonalds? Used to be my go to place always nice people and good service. Over the past year or so things have declined to a point that I will go out of my way not to visit this location.Today during the drive thru rush the cashier barely acknowledged me, but worse the lady operating the pick up window was just straight up rude. I had ordered a drink only, she literally took ten minutes just to hand it to me and made it a point to ignore me.This location is sadly going backwards when it comes to service and quality. Sad times.

Used to be one of the better locations but lately they are super slow and a bit rude towards customers.I will say, if your machine (s) are broken, maybe put up a sign or notice and don't get upset with customers when they order something you can't make because of it.Starting to make mistakes on orders which didn't happen much before. Not sure if they have new management or less staff but at 320pm on a Thursday, it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to do a drive thru order and then not get what you ordered.

What a dump. Workers running around filling orders quickly but no one noticed me standing at the counter. I literally had to shout at them to get service. It got worse from there.

Service was good and the food is good, well, for being fast food. But damn, the prices have gone up a lot. Their food is good for what their prices used to be. People don't go there because the food is THAT good. People go there for the convenience of the price. I hope their prices go down because I do love their menu, but not enough to overpay for fast food.

So, after we went to the movies, my family and I decided we wanted to get the Chicken McNuggets Bundle at McDonald's Restaurant on Avocado Avenue in La Mesa. There are four of us so we selected the 40 piece bundle, we had intended to add a couple of fries, drinks and deserts. However, as we were selecting the dipping sauces we were advised that we could only have a total of six (6) dipping sauces with the 40 piece bundle. How is that supposed to work? six dipping sauces for forty McNuggets, served to four people? It's thee sauce that makes the McNugget have any real appealing flavor. Without enough sauce for every bite, I for one really do not want the meal. Subsequently and not have been offered any options, we decided to go the the Jack In The Box just a couple of blocks away. We ended up spending just over $70.00 for burgers, fries, chicken strips with all the dipping sauce we wanted, beverages, and deserts. It was as pleasant as a fast food meal can be and McD's wasn't any part of our enjoyment nor did McD's get any of our money. They may never again, and it's all over a small packet of dipping sauce... Funny how the little things in life can affect our decisions. Safe Travels and Good Fortune to you all.

Argg they messed up my drive thru order. I had been craving a sausage McMuffin all week long. Finally had the time to make it in before 11am only to have them mess up my order and gave me a regular McMuffin. So sad! But not only that, this location needs a session on customer service. It's my closest near my home so I have been to this one often. there is never any good service. The girl who took my order and took payment today for example, No greeting no thank you no words other than my total. And McDonald's is going to be increasing hourly rate to these people who have no customer service skills??
