I'm very disgusted in this hospital medical care for the elderly they sent my lady to a convalescent without Afib medication and she was breathing very fast all the time she was there and didn't request oxygen for her either. My loved one within a year was up there 3 times and each time was sent on her way not better for instance for shortness of breath sent on her way, very weak not better by any means. Let us guess it's the insurance to blame the doctors have their hands tied, right? doctors don't care I'm so sick of this country's medical insurance and doctors. She was sent to go to a rehab conv. to get well but how can anyone even at a younger age is expected to get better with shortness of breath and very weak can't stand up. Im worried about this pathetic medical care for the very young and elderly in this land of the rich and evilness in this country.

Not enough medical care practitioners. Understaffed is an understatement. Overworked providers equal poor quality care for everyone and in some cases, out and out rudeness. I honestly felt like they considered me to be a drug abuser because 1 of the first things out of the doctor’s mouth was “we aren’t sending you upstairs so you’re not going to get any iv pain meds”. I went in for 2 issues; incredibly painful abdomen and a migraine. There were irregular symptoms with the abdominal pain and the doctor basically shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know what to tell you, see your primary. The hospital has my records and it’s not that hard for them to see that I’m not a regular who walks in asking for iv drugs and I do have a history of ischemic colitis. A bit of compassion and a bit of actual proactive treatment would have gone a long way. After a very long 9+ hour day at the ER, I was discharged & told “come back if you’re not better”. Pfffft. 24 hours later, and I say thanks for nothing. I am home, in unresolved pain and thoroughly disappointed with the lack of care a “medical facility” failed to provide.

This is the second time my mom has been admitted through the E.R. in less than 3 weeks.......last time it was due to the new charting system put in place after 3 hours, tonight it's "patient bed flow", and "it's not unusual for ER patients to wait over 11 hours this time for a bed. For goodness sake, she's 81 so I guess it does not matter? I was also just told she had a dinner tray delivered 30 minutes ago, and my brother who is with her said she has not had a meal since 4 pm, a boost drink that he brought and there is no meal tray delivered.

Worst experience ever staff don’t give a F&$@ about the pain or if your prescription is available or not, they have no respect towards Patients. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this medical facilities.

i wanted to share my experience of gratitude n your cashier at 16:35 pm. Was very dissatisfied. I ask am glad this place is here m here to visit my mother the Starbucks in floor 1. She reply keep it work related. I was internal bring ken but keep my KoolJust said it's okay 1 star. I don't even work here I'm just visiting. If I had any global stock market abilities I would have said ur bankrupt not this beauty yummy place. Lucky I had all the workers watch ⌚ n hear all of it live . Still thank u for not closing ur doors. It's hard to eat this days u know still best 50$+ dollars in Total thx u organized business not ur current worker. That's all . Not Oscar approved for that exp.
