Going here is a flip of the coin whether it’s open or not - This location is closed randomly all the time and doesn’t post information regarding that anywhere online or on the door. I have tried to get a smoothie twice after work in the last two weeks and it was closed both times when I walked up at 4pm even though Google maps said it was open until 6. Won’t be going back and wasting my time again as I don’t trust them to be open.

I love this place!! I have frequented this business a lot over the last year. But the last month they are strangely closed during business hours for no posted reason. I’ve gone by three times the last one being today. However this time, the door was unlocked, no one was in there, and the lights were off. Me and another customer were calling for someone but no one came out. Super strange! This place is going to get looted with the doors unlocked, sadly. I loved having an acai place in the neighborhood but things don’t seem reliable here.

Well, I was looking forward to a smoothie & I was on my phone & the overzealous security guard told me that I had to leave, I was parking here too long? Will take my business to another location where parking is not a crime.

On August 11, 2024 I came by this store around 1:00pm to grab a quick smoothy. The place was really busy but the two young ladies working were multi-tasking and getting the on-line and in-store orders out. Because it was super busy, it took over 15 minutes to get my smoothie, but I was unbothered by it, I could see the ladies were doing their best. After I got my order, the cashier apologized and handed me a coupon to use for my next visit, because of the long wait. What a sweet gesture! So this morning September 12, 2024 I drove by. The place was empty and the manager was on duty. I placed my order and handed her the coupon. She immediately tells me, "it's expired" and I tell her, it can't be; I just received it. When I turned it over, sure enough, it expired Feb of 2024. The manager refused to honor the 6 month expired coupon because she said her employees should not be handing them out and when I pressed her to use her manager magic, she stated she couldn't because she wasn't present when the transaction happened. ???♀️??♀️ Who would lie over a $1 coupon? Well petty manager, I'm equally as petty! ✌?

I had the health nut smoothie with "Peanut butter, banana, dates, housemade cashew milk, vanilla protein, and agave nectar" (Nekter Juice Bar, 2024). It was delicious as always, and I always enjoy the chewy bits of dates.
Prices have certainly gone up over the years. The small smoothie sat at $10, and some change after taxes. Service was friendly enough. One of the girls was very nice and the other not so much.
I really liked the inside seating at this location. It's very comfortable.

I entered the store at 4:45 and asked if I was too late to get service. She said no she was still open. I ordered a smoothie that cost $10.79. I saw a sign in the store advertising a free drink or smoothie with app download after first purchase. I wasn’t having good luck finding how to get the free offer. When I asked the clerk to assist me, she told me she didn’t know how and the owner didn’t either because they are a franchise and they don’t know how to work the app. I told her that if they are going to advertise it, they should know how to make it work and she disagreed with me and said nobody else has ever had a problem and she doesn’t know how to do it. At 4:58 I finally got it to work and she told me she wasn’t going to make my free smoothie. She laughed and said the store was closed and that I had to leave The store without my free drink that I had finally successfully downloaded the code for. I was not happy when she told me she wasn’t going to make my drink and I took my tip back. She ordered me to leave several times and said she was going to call security as I was calling the Number for Customer Service for this juice bar. Then she went outside and attempted to lock me in the store with the outside lock. I threatened to sue her if she dared to lock me in the store. She then pushed her body against the door, preventing me from being able to open the door without using my entire weight to get out of the store. As I was leaving, my purple smoothie spilled all over my shirt. She stood there, screaming at me as I was walking to my car. I am a 65-year-old woman and I have never had this kind of treatment In my whole life and I will tell everyone I know never to go to this store. Shame on you!She also wouldn’t serve another lady who came in at 4:59. If I was the owner of this store that would not be acceptable. You are open until the time you close and if a customer is in the store before that they should be served.I can’t imagine you get enough business to treat customers this way. I just may decide to sue you for my ruined shirt.
This is not Nektar. This is some kind of doppelganger smoothie/bowl shop trying to be Nektar. They do not use any branded containers and they use to go soup containers from smart & final. They clearly use back burner ingredients for their bowls. They definitely use canned pineapple, some cheap granola and don't carry any of their gluten granola. The bowls were not in comparison to any of their other locations. The franchise owner is clearly cutting corners. I reached out to Nektar corporate but no response. I doubt they will reach out. Just letting you all know of the sub par quality of this location. Unfortunate.
