The Telephone is ALWAYS MORE IMPORTANT than the customer at least in my case. Today is Memorial Day, approximately 1 PM, and not a single soul in the place except for the owner and his precious telephone, I walk in with no greetings at all, even though I began with a hardy hello, but he's too busy to respond to my greeting, the phone ALWAYS comes first! F*** the Customer. LOLOL I then wait wait wait, and nothing. Finally, the dude tosses a cheap disposable paper menu at me, and again, without a hello or a " what do you want" kind of thing. And again I wait, wait wait, no one comes to take my food order, not him not even the person on the other end of the call, no one, and again I'm totally abandoned in favor of the phone. And this, after I wrote a nice review for this establishment only two days ago. Today, this day, Memorial Day, I will remember. This dude lost a customer that was good for at least weekly visits now he'll never see me again. Business must be good the dude doesn't need my business or good reviews of any kind. No skin off my a*** plenty of Chinese restaurants around. See Ya...LOLOLOLOL

I'm surprised this place is still open. Extremely overpriced for under-seasoned, cold, bland food. They are usually out of the cream cheese wontons and their credit card machine never works. It's inconvenient to have to remember to carry cash for just this restaurant. I will not be going back, as the three times I've tried this place its been disappointing and spent way too much money.

Where do I begin. Ok that was supposed to be shrimp with lobster sauce but was a can of peas, rubber shrimp, sliced, diced, cubed carrots , celery not bok coy. The tangerine chicken was also dry without flavor just red pepper flakes, rice please dried and small portion, the won ton soup!! Ugh, a shrimp that looked so water logged, God knows how long they have been adding to that pot. It was oily, full of vegies, celery, onion, sliced mushrooms, not cooked, one won ton, and two pieces of meat I can't recognize. It was cold. The egg rolls burnt, shrimp puffs burnt and it all tastes horrible. Please save yourself, go to Chopsticks I paid over 60 dollars for this at it become recommended from Postmates..praying I don't puke from two bites of that broth.

Certainly the worst Chinese food I've had. Orange chicken and chicken teriyaki on the stick. Was very small portions and flavor wasn't there. Strangest looking teriyaki stick as well

Avoid this place. I can't comment on the food however I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. This review is only about customer service. I phoned in my order and it was ready when I arrived about 20 minutes later. I ordered sweet and sour pork, moo shoo (sp?) beef and an appetizer combo. When I arrived the order was ready and the guy behind the counter confirmed two of the items and forgot the appetizer combo and told me that I didn't order that. Okay no big deal. Then I showed him local flavor certificate which I redeemed in front of the guy and he insisted he needed to scan it. There is no scan code on the certificate and there's just a number that he's supposed to write down. I just walked out of the place and I will never return. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. After reading the reviews I realized I probably dodged a bullet.

I waited over an hour for my food, had the DoorDash driver wait 45 minutes. So I called and they said 10 more minutes. 2.0 more minutes go by and I never got my food.

We have ordered from here for years and today our lo mein was half bean sprouts and 4 pieces of meat. We couldn't even eat the fried rice because it was just rice undercooked and a few veggies. The portions were half the size they normally were. The orange chicken was less than bite size pieces and cold. Obviously, we won't be ordering from there ever again. Worst experience ever!

They had lemon chicken that wasn't dry and tasted like my childhood. Only 2 people working; one had to run door dash orders at the same time so service was kind of slow. But it was good!
