Gabriel was amazing , really nice customer service , fast and attentive. It was super busy and he manage to get my food really quick. I have worked in restaurants and his customer service is outstanding. He deserves a raise .

I go here all the time and have always had amazing experiences this last time I think they had a lot of online orders because they seemed to have a lot of orders open all over the place. It’s normally where you follow your food and watch them scoop but this time we gave our order and then waited for our name to be called. We had two items in our order incorrect. Food at panda is good tho so it is fine but we wanted orange chicken not giant sliced chicken and we wanted broccoli beef but we got it without the sauce that it is normally in it is plan meat and brocolli

I came in at 8:20pm on July 2,2025 . The lady that helped me with my order was rude and inpatient her name was CHERRY . When I come in to any Panda Express the cashier’s are always so polite and friendly. Also there was no Benjiam beef or white rice . There was a wait over 15 minutes. Although Salis and Jemar were super polite and friendly. Hopefully this review gets seen from corporate it is not okay to have these type of attitudes in a workplace. She was also rude to the cooks raising her voice for sides without a please . Not okay !!!

Came in an hour and a half before closing and the employees complained amongst each other as if I could not hear. I have worked in food and I understand coming in 30 mins till close or 5 minutes till close but a full 1.5 hours?! At least speak where I’m not in ears reach??? Having an attitude because you have to do your job is mind boggling to me.

Won’t eat here again got 3 items and a 2 item before closing they gave me both sides in another side carton so small I got orange chicken in one and teriyaki in another was smaller than the portion in the to go plate I will never go here again prices go up portions decrease they changed there side portion it’s as big as a ring pop sad bye panda never again telling my friends to

Rude workers, I asked for a manager and they all were acting weird. They then brought someone who was in a regular uniform, who was clearly not a manager to come lie to my face. Talk about unprofessional ???

The only Panda I’ll go to, best staff, super clean, and quick with food refills. They are happy to see you use the Panda app and root you on with accumulating points. Open fairly late too which is awesome for those “I really don’t feel like cooking but need to eat something” days. Check em out

Normally I don’t receive popular chains like this but the staff was super quick and friendly, and although it was busy at lunchtime, there’s was no wait and all the food was fresh & constantly being replaced. Great team & manager
