Worst location in San Diego by far. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. Rice is generally undercooked and I’m getting real curious how they manage to make black pepper chicken sweet.Don’t order pickup from this location. You will want to watch them package the food.

There’s a Chinese lady here that made me feel uncomfortable, ? I asked for more chile sauce and she said in her language “ there’s plenty in your plate” ( I only had 3 , usually I like a lil more) I didn’t say nothing then when I asked for a bit more ice she said that’s all I can give you…. She needs to work more on her customer service skills cause I didn’t like how she acted. The soda machine has been out of service for a month already

DREADFUL! THIS PANDA EXPRESS GAVE ME FOOD POISONING. DONT EVER GO HERE, IF YOU WANT TO EAT REAL CHINESE FOOD THEN GO TO ZION MARKET OR SOMEWHERE TRADITIONAL. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THEY TREAT YOU AS IF YOU ARE A DOG. THE EGGROLLS ARE DRY BUT HAVE A WET TEXTURE. THE FOOD IS WAY TOO SAUCY. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WONT WANT TO DIE FROM FOOD POISONING. THE RESTAURANT IF COMPLETELY FILTHY. NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT. THEY EVEN OVERPRICE FOR THEIR HORRIBLE FOOD!!!

I love Panda Express, but this location has some management problems! I went there on a Weds around 1:00. First of all, they were understaffed, and the existing employee were very slow and unorganized. Almost to the point that they look like they don't even care that the line is getting longer and longer. It took me 25 minutes in a line with 8 people ahead of me to get to the front to find out that they are out of mixed vegetables and chow main. I would not come back to this location again.

This review is not about the food, it is totally about the lack of customer service. I walked in to buy a soda. There was a person at the cash register getting ready to pay for her order. There was another person putting together an order over by the food. I knew that I had a very short transaction and I patiently waited for what I thought was my turn. While I was waiting, the person by the food finished her order and was waiting behind me. The cashier then motioned the Redon behind me to move in front of me. That started my annoyance. When I was finally asked what I needed, I asked for a small soda. There were 4 cups sizes displayed by the register. The cashier reached for the 2nd smallest cup. I repeated that I wanted the smallest cup. I was told that those cups were only for people asking for water. I was given the other cup and then I paid. This was wrong on many levels. First of all, there were less than. Handful of customers eating there at that time. When my order was finally taken, there was no one behind me. This 'power trip' displayed by the cashier was rude and spiteful. I have been in many other Panda Expresses where the people were cordial, helpful and kind. This was not one of them.Bottom line is that I shall not return
Food was served cold and did not taste good whatsoever. Service was alright, one of the workers seemed to have an attitude. Atmosphere was pretty okay.

Honestly, just a very disappointing service overall. I came here expecting the same quality I get to go to locations, however, my pick up order took 45 minutes longer than when they told me it would be ready. They did not have anything ready to go at 11:30 AM on a weekday.Majorly, disappointing experience. On top of that, the teriyaki chicken was raw!

First, I would like to say that this was my second time to this location and disappointed both times. I always give a location a second chance in case it was just an off day. I LOVE Panda Express but I will NOT be back to this location. Both times, I ordered the Orange Chicken and Chow Mein. The Orange chicken was absolutely disgusting! Each time the chicken was flavorless and as hard as a rock. It tasted like it was stale and old! I might as well have ordered pebbles battered and fried. The chow mein was alright but it definitely was old and should’ve been changed out a long time ago. VERY disappointed in this location! Do better!

When I went there to get some takeout they left out some of my food and still charged me for it, and it seemed like they were trying to rush me even though there was only one person behind me. Also on top of that the food was not even that good especially comparing it to other panda expresses.
