The lack of vegan options is outstanding. What’s also WILD is that they don’t take phone orders anymore. You HAVE to go online and enter a bunch of info. A sad digital future is here. Please Panera add vegan options and take phone orders.

This place has gone down hill. A homeless man(probably from off the trolley) verbally accosted my family. This was a decent place to come to years ago. But panera in general seems to suck now. They don't offer a free side for kids anymore more like an apple or yogurt. Also this place in particular is dirty. The bathroom urinal doesn't flush, and the people seem indifferent about whether customers are served food in a timely, organized manner.

The food is extremely overpriced and the staff is incredibly unpleasant. My family has been coming to this store on and off for a couple years, since we like the mall, but we will not be coming here again with how rude and unpleasant the staff is, especially the managers. It’s not worth the cost of the food to have unpleasant experiences with the staff. If you have the choice, do NOT go to this Panera.

This place is lame, size of our sandwiches were so small like 4 bites! Why, Panera is doing this? I am not talking about cost when I eat out but I do talk about food that make me feel good and full. They didn’t meet either of those. That’s why I am here to share my thoughts about this place. I am not sure about going back to this location ever. Lastly I wish I took photos of our supposed to be half size sandwiches. Restrooms were dirty.

When I am in this area during the mornings after work I go to this place to get myself a cup of coffee and a nice delicious bagel. I enjoy my coffee and bagel while I am enjoying the view from the mall. I really enjoy my order each time I go to this restaurant.
Ghastly experience at 9am!!! The place was filthy! Most tables that were open were obviously not wiped down, greasy food smears on every one. When I went to fill my new order of coffee all the coffee self see containers but one were empty! And the one I had to use was the bottom. Girl at counter seemed to not care in the slightest. She didn’t verbally acknowledge just nodded her head. No offer to rectify situation with fresh coffee and the brew I wanted. Luckily I saved using the men’s room for my way out the door. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week and gross. No towel to dry hands. I imagined I was in a third world country it was that bad. Personnel wasn’t especially friendly. I would give a zero or minus if I could. BTW the breakfast sandwich was so-so and obviously thrown together in a hurry. Place wasn’t busy either probably for good reason. You folks need to reset, upgrade your help and/or get a new supervisor or manager!!!

I have come to this Panera for several years and I’ve always enjoyed it but I’ve noticed the last few times I’ve come here not only does It seem more expensive, but it’s dirty. Tables aren’t clean and you have to wash your own table off.

Panera bread is smooth and comfortable eating out while still being fast food. I love coming and eating here. The place was nice, maybe I'm just not 100% sure how to describe the atmosphere but it was nice. It only lost a star because it didn't have a fireplace like a few other panera breads that I've been to. The food was great as always, I've never had issues with it. However, the staff handing me the food was unnecessarily rude and had a look of contempt when I was asking them about to-go plates. In their defense, they were right in front of me, but the look they gave me was unnecessary.
