This is my second here. I seldom work in this area but I remember the 1wt time I was here and tried the Larb Chicken. It was delicious. No surprise I had it again. Phra Ram 9 Thai Restaurant is conveniently located in a strip mall in La Mesa. It has outdoor and indoor seatings. The interior decor gives off a calm, peaceful and relaxing ambiance with the low music enhanced the mood. I’m giving the food three stars. The green curry lacked richness—it was quite thin and watery. The chicken was also disappointingly dry, likely because they used very thin slices of chicken breast. Overall, the flavors were there, but the execution missed the mark.
