BEST PIZZA AROUND!! Amazing customer service!! This is my go to location because the staff is so accommodating and helpful. I was unable to add a side of ranch to my online order so I called the store to ask them to include some in my order and they gave it to me complimentary. The food is made with quality ingredients and is ALWAYS fresh. I highly recommend their cinnamon rolls:)

This is mainly a post directed towards Pizza Hut corporate and the management of this La Mesa San Diego location. **There is evidently something wrong with your internal system with online orders transmitting.**
I ordered a large specialty pizza (Supreme pizza) for carry out order 92356250 ($17.99)
I received a large single topping pepperoni pizza ($10.99)
**The employee had stuck a ticket number on the box, the internal ticket says Large Pep_yr ($17.99)**
Please fix this error or I forsee this causing many more unsatisfied customers

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Hubby ordered online about 45 mins later we take a look at the app it’s saying order complete so we give them a call. They say it’s a problem with the app ok cool almost an hour later we’re tempted to call back ,by chance we go take a look outside and there it is the pizza on the ground outside. No one rang the bell no one called. The quality of the pizza and wings I could slap someone right now.

He is a bright young man and the reason why I decided to go and order my meal will be because I wanted to give you guys due to the business of your employee.

Called in a order. The phone call wasn’t that pleasing. Came in to pick up my order and asked to add a cup of peppers on the side and ranch. The worker acted as if it wasn’t a simple request. I had no issue paying the extra amount. After paying I see him go get the peppers for me. He used his bare hands to grab the peppers and place them in the bowl. When he brought them to me I asked him to use gloves or a utensil for the peppers. He went to the back for a few seconds the. Came in sight with gloves to redo it. But at that point I felt unsafe eating them. The fact that he went out of sight for a moment made me think negatively. I’m not sure why he thought handling money then going directly to peppers and openly touching them with his bare hands to give t a customer is ok? Not it has me questioning the whole order and how they handle food. Nonetheless I was disappointed when I opened my box and seen my pizza. It didn’t seem fresh, like it had been sitting out for awhile. And opening the box and seeing how spread out they were. Not satisfied at all with my order or customer service.

Not sure why this locations food tastes better than others, but it really does! I have a Pizza Hut down the street from my house, yet, it’s not as great as this location. This location always tastes fresh and pizza is always cooked to perfection!

I ordered from this Pizza Hut for delivery and after waiting for my pizza my order was canceled. I called the store to see why my order was canceled and they told me it was because there was no unit number on my order, I remember the autofill filled my unit number in. The store stated that they called me twice, however I received no phone calls. As you can see by the photo attached I called out to Pizza Hut myself twice. Essentially, this Pizza Hut staff was too lazy and decided to lie.
