I ordered carne asada fries and two beef tacos. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely poor. One of the beef tacos was so hard it was nearly inedible and hard as a rock. The carne asada fries had barely any cheese—literally a pinch and the asada was dry.
When I mentioned this at the drive-through window and politely asked if more cheese could be added, the employee stated that “this is how they make them here.” There was no effort to correct the issue or show any concern for customer satisfaction. The staff member at the window was dismissive and rude.
With prices increasing due to inflation, I expect at least decent quality and reasonable portions. This was not the case. Paying more while receiving subpar food and service is unacceptable.
We will not be returning. I do not recommend this location—definitely don’t waste your money.

Wayy too overpriced!! And the flavor was bland and dry :(
Usually the rolled tacos are good but my most recent order wasn’t that good . I specifically asked for extra Cotija, twice , and didn’t receive any . The person taking the orders I. The drive thru was rushing me through my order which is why i felt like i had to repeat “extra Cotija “.

Prices have gone absolutely through the roof. Food quality is as good as ever but at $16 for a California burrito I can't justify eating here anymore.

$16.50 for a Asada burrito, flavorless, wrapped loosely, meat tasted old, it probably was I was there in the morning, and the employees feel bothered by questions. For $16.50, the burrito should be excellent. The other reviews should be raving how good the food is for the prices they charge. If it was really good I wouldn’t mind paying. Not my spot.

Best burrito in the area. Very cool paintings and murals of horses and women inside.

I used to go to this place all the time and it was great! Cheap food fairly nice staff, but im not sure what it is but prices have gone up, staff friendliness has gone down and worst of all im finding stuff in my food lately. I always open up my burritos to either add stuff or move around all the stuff in my burritos, but this is the 3rd time I've found something in my burrito that is not supposed to be in there. Safe to say im done now. Eat a burrito at your own risk, im just glad I didnt break a tooth. When you bite into your food and something crunches when its not supposed to, STOP!!! its not worth taking another bite to find out what it was.

I ordered a cal and order extra stuff to go in it and they charged $20 for it and I didn’t get the extras I asked. Besides that the burrito is full of grease.
