The restaurant has been here forever. The food and atmosphere is very mid-century, which i personally like. The sides are meant to share. I recommend the Brussel Sprouts. The signature cocktails were excellent. Fun place for sure. A band plays through the week. Make reservations or you will wait especially on the weekends

Is it as glossy as some other steakhouses? Not at all. But it's cozy, the food is great, and the cocktails are phenomenal. I especially recommend the wings. My family is still talking about how juicy and crispy and flavorful those wings were, a week later. We will definitely be going back to enjoy their tasty appetizers and smooth cocktails.

Wonderful experience. Don't miss the Happy Hour specials. Our wait staff was charming, upbeat and awesome. The drinks were delicious and thoughtfully presented and served.

This spot gave me 70’s nostalgia. We ordered the deviled eggs which a little too salty but still good..ordered the mash and broccolini and a wedge salad but my fave was the steak skewers with kimchi & I also had the boyz II mez drink that was nice and smoky..all and all I’ll be returning for that steak!

Another succulent sirloin steak and sides. Among the best in the greater San Diego area. I always enjoy myself here. When I have visitors, this is where I bring them. Make reservations to insure quick seating.

The place is an interesting spot. It feels like a mix of the 50s in one part and 70s in another part. The service was great and everyone was really friendly and generally attentive. The drinks were also pretty good as well. The food came out quick but for me it was alright. I do admit that I'm not a steak eater and I think that this place is big on their steaks so I had their shrimp cake sandwich. It wasn't bad but it was pretty dense and really filling so I could only eat half of it and less than half of the steak fries I got with it.

I'd definitely go back for drinks again though.

Here is a real reivew from a local. The food is outta this world 🛸 The Turquoise Room is where you wanna be, by the music, but they dont take reservations. SD in general is weird regarding holding reservations. Not sure if its bc people no show or what but they do take them in the main room by grill. Staff friendly, and dont cook your food lol let them, it is sooooo good!
