DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!If I could give a negative rating I would. Man behind the counter was very rude, he was very upset that we showed up as a large party. I have never been treated the way I was at any restaurant before. He even threw my credit card back at me after ringing me up. Only reason I didn’t cancel my order and left was because the rest of my party had already ordered. I’m sorry we’re bringing business to your restaurant. I’m sorry we had the audacity to show up uninvited.

Went into this location tonight and I have never felt so unwelcome in any food establishment. I let the guy at the front know that I have a free pizza to redeem and he just told me I had to order it online and then pick up, even though the coupon says you can use in-person. He also didn't offer to work with me to be able to redeem my pizza. Once our pizza came out the other worker brought out the pizza with no plates. We sat there for 5 minutes waiting to see if he was going to bring us plates and he didn't. Then when we go up to ask for plates he points to the side and says "they're right there" and goes back to his phone. I could not believe how unfriendly these people were! We have been to multiple locations and have always had a great experience. We will never return to this location.

Nothing infuriates me more than ordering a simple large pizza (pep/mushroom), paying a premium for delivery and having the wrong pizza delivered. The employee agreed to make a new one but had the audacity to tell me to come pick it up as it will "be a while". The employee told my hubby to "calm down!" when he refused to come pick up the new pizza, since we paid for delivery! Don't waste your time with this establishment. Poor customer service for mediocre pizza. How difficult is it to open the pizza box and ensure it's what the customer ordered? A child could figure that out. Zero stars if I could.

We love round table pizza. So we drive a little further to go get some since none close by. We usually buy the regular pepperoni for kids and we have the supreme with everything on it. So tasty. Service is good and place nice.

My husband and I Went to this round table tonight. We haven't been here in a while but as a kid it was a staple. We ordered a pizza wings and garlic knots. Nothing has changed it's still the same great pizza place as it was 30 years ago when I was kid playing ball. We had great service and the owner even sat down and chatted with us while we ate our food. I highly recommend you give them a chance. I'm absolutely going back.

Just a really sad experience here on a Friday afternoon. I wasn't sure if the Severin store was even open. Very dark inside with NO ONE else here. No lights, heat lamps, games - nada. When I walked in a gentleman (the owner?) grabbed one of two pizzas on top of the oven and put it on the counter and turned around to go into the back room. I had to ask him if it was what I ordered to which he said "yeah." No offer to provide plates or napkins. Seriously, it looked like this Round Table's last day in operation. The pizza itself was cool, not hot. This was our first visit here in a while, as we have been here in the past for parties. This is a "one and done" for us. Too bad, because we LOVE their Gourmet Veggie pizzas! Will go to the other restaurant from now on and wish the owner all the best in his/her future.Parking: Oh, there's PLENTY of parking here, even on a Friday late afternoon. Bit of a ghost town.

2 pizzas were horrible. Barely any sauce and the original crust was so thin. We ended up throwing them away. WASTE OF MONEY!!!! We will NEVER order fro Severin store again!!!!

If I had the ability to make a negative star review I would - went in for the personal pan and salad promotion. To my surprise this location does not have " lettuce nor makes salads or doesn't make personal pizzas until 1pm" Mind you, it's 3:00 pm so ok? I decide to redeem my free twists coupon - this unhappy and obviously disgruntled employee tells me it will take 40 minutes. Okay, so no problem as o already redeemed this coupon so it's not like I can use it at a different more friendly location?! So I agreed and he seemed very put off that I was willing to wait - cmon' man how do you stay in business?

Stopped by around 3:45-3:50 pm today, Monday. There was nobody at the counter and no one came out even after 15 mins. There was a table of 4 -5 guys at a table that we originally thought were employees. They said they were not employees and that the employees had "disappeared" a couple of times already. Not sure if employees were in back but we left, went to Santee Round Table and are now enjoying a great pizza, arrived quickly,, and great, friendly service.
