I went in to order food as I always do at this restaurant I usually never have a problem but this time there was a cashier by the name of Daniella she was extremely rude to me and I was not able to order my food how I would have liked to. I'm very disappointed. I don't even think she works at this location. Very upsetting

It's been more than 3 years since I last ate at Rubio’s. I got the Mexican Street Corn Bowl with steak and chicken for $13.99 and a soda bottle for $3.79. There's also a salad and salsa bar if you're interested! The atmosphere is very nice, and the service is great. Happy tummy with my leftovers!

My mom & I went to dine in last night and the ladies at the front were very polite and took our orders and we sat down. As we were sitting waiting for our food we overheard the manager(Omar?) yelling at one of the young ladies because she did not add utensils to an online order which they did not request utensils according to their conversation. Omar was talking in a very condescending tone as if the employee knew nothing. It was very uncomfortable. I would hope that a manager would know how to treat their staff. You are supposed to build up your employees up not bring them down. Very upsetting to hear/witness.

Great deal on the original fish fish ? ...!! It was national fish tacos day...they were.99 cents each...limit 4 with a purchase of 1 menu item !!Fantastic, fresh and fun because we arrived moments after they opened. !! Wonderful experience...!! ?

Slow staff, they don't let you know when your food is ready, you just need to know which order is yours when picking up.

My sister and I went in for a snack. I ordered one fish taco and a medium drink. My sister said "I'll have the same". Blond lady with glasses gives us our number and our drink cups. We go fill our drinks and sit down. Same lady brings us 2 tacos on one plate. I said "we each ordered one taco". She took my receipt and said "I put in two tacos". Yes, but we each ordered one taco. So one taco on each plate. She didn't understand and said well you got two tacos. That's what you ordered. Ok, so let me make this easy... can we have another plate? We don't eat off of each other's plates. She very rudely says "yeah, come and get it at the counter". What a "___". Rude, condescending and somewhat of a ditz. Never going there again.
