Amazing, food great service.
Went to this location this Tursday, the Cashier is a young girl named Jessica she is pretty loud when talks to guest and is loud talking and yoking with the people cooking on the back , is not customer service there anymore.I use to see 2 older employees there before with good maners and respect for us as customers,, this new kids make us feel like they’re making us a favor taking thevfood orders😢

I went in to order food as I always do at this restaurant I usually never have a problem but this time there was a cashier by the name of Daniella she was extremely rude to me and I was not able to order my food how I would have liked to. I'm very disappointed. I don't even think she works at this location. Very upsetting

It's been more than 3 years since I last ate at Rubio’s. I got the Mexican Street Corn Bowl with steak and chicken for $13.99 and a soda bottle for $3.79. There's also a salad and salsa bar if you're interested! The atmosphere is very nice, and the service is great. Happy tummy with my leftovers!

My mom & I went to dine in last night and the ladies at the front were very polite and took our orders and we sat down. As we were sitting waiting for our food we overheard the manager(Omar?) yelling at one of the young ladies because she did not add utensils to an online order which they did not request utensils according to their conversation. Omar was talking in a very condescending tone as if the employee knew nothing. It was very uncomfortable. I would hope that a manager would know how to treat their staff. You are supposed to build up your employees up not bring them down. Very upsetting to hear/witness.
