My sister and I went in for a snack. I ordered one fish taco and a medium drink. My sister said "I'll have the same". Blond lady with glasses gives us our number and our drink cups. We go fill our drinks and sit down. Same lady brings us 2 tacos on one plate. I said "we each ordered one taco". She took my receipt and said "I put in two tacos". Yes, but we each ordered one taco. So one taco on each plate. She didn't understand and said well you got two tacos. That's what you ordered. Ok, so let me make this easy... can we have another plate? We don't eat off of each other's plates. She very rudely says "yeah, come and get it at the counter". What a "___". Rude, condescending and somewhat of a ditz. Never going there again.

Man we are 0 for 3 trying this place. This has happened every single time without fail. My husband and I order a few of their original fish tacos (because hey, can't beat a classic) and 2 kids meals. And seriously every time we've only gotten one of the kids meals. We're usually hit with a "just waiting a few minutes for the next one" And we wait. We're not in a rush. We get it. But then you wait like...20 minutes for a kids bean and cheese burrito. And you walk to the counter to ask "hey any word?" And you get the CRAZIEST eye roll response. "Yeah we'll get to it" Look my dude, I know this is fast food. I'm not trying to be picky. But I have one kid finished with their meal, and the other kid just eagerly awaiting theirs. Why are you acting so rude? This is a full meal here- not like a missing churro. I'm all for patience. I'm all for being polite. How are you so inconvenienced by me checking on their meal? 20 minutes is a long time. Fool me once- I go back to get more fish tacos. But now it's been 3 times. I'm either cursed or you're just...super not on top of it. I don't need fish tacos that badly.

I'm sitting in this restaurant as I type this. I go to Rubio's fairly frequently. Today I came to this location and it is disgusting. The whole place smells like urine--which I didn't notice until after I ordered; otherwise I wouldn't have stayed to eat. When I got my order, it was wrong. The girl who delivered it was a bit rude when I told her it was not my order (I could tell just by site). She insisted it was mine. It wasn't. Still she insisted it was and gave it back to me "after taking it back to the kitchen". It definitely wasn't my order and it was gross. Cold. Not tasty. Disgusting. And so disappointing. I will NOT be coming back to this location. UGH!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The night supervisor who works is the kitchen may have to worst customer service skills in the buisness. From the first response He answered the phone condescending and passive aggressive, like he's doing us a favor for discussing how our order is messed up for the second time then proceeds to tell us he personally made the order so he knows it's not messed up... After offering to take picture evidence of the mistake angel proceeded to get angry and refuse to procivde a customer service number before hanging up on us. How do you mess up someone's order multiple times and then have the audacity to call them a liar over a chicken quesadilla!?!? I get people have bad days or long days that make it rough sometimes but this so called supervision Angel took it over to top by a mile. All in all this guy sucks

The food was underwhelming. $13 for a pittance of rice with a little quinoa dotted through it. The grilled veggies were sparse and virtually unidentifiable they were so eviscerated. The bowl itself is half the size it used to be. They FORGOT the black beans and I had to go ask for them. Honestly, I may not come back here. Very disappointing experience.

The steak burrito - almost no steak. The bean and cheese burrito - very liquidity and almost no cheese. For $30 I expect better. Restaurant seems so tired. Not sure if it just this location..will not be coming back.

We ordered our food today through GRUBHUB, and the food was seriously cold. We live very close to this particular Rubio's Coastal Grill. I took one bite of the lobster taco, and I had some sort of instant indigestion problem. Moreover, If you're ordering anything, like a quesadilla, be prepared for something almost like hard cheese, when it arrives at your door. We also had a problem with the portion size of the regular Mexican Rice and Beans, less than a quarter of a cup for more than $2.00. Furthermore, the lid for the beans came off, and then went everywhere inside of the bag. Unfortunately, the GRUBHUB DRIVER didn't notice that this had happened. The whole meal was a complete loss!!!
