I'm a burrito lover and I can say that their carne asada is pretty delicious. The meat quality is excellent and fresh. The taste of the meat is rich, vigorous, well-fried and the salt is perfect for me. Vegetables and avocado sauce were added in due quantity to the dish. Other people may want more vegetable filling, but I like to have more meat and they have the perfect proportion and juiciness of the dish! The service is pleasant and friendly, thank them for the fast cooking!

I had a machaca burrito from this Kotijas in La Mesa. The burrito was very tasty, and they put a lot of shredded beef in the burrito. The beef, green peppers, and eggs mixed together had very good flavors. Even better flavors after I added the red hot sauce.Service was friendly enough, and the place was clean and organized.

So I ordered ahead and waited about 20 minutes before heading there (just like they told me to). When I got there, the food hadn't even been started or even put into the register. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my take out. That was pretty disappointing as my guy was waiting for me at home because we had plans. Anyways, I'll give them another shot. Maybe it was just an off day. The people who work there are at least nice and pleasant. It was too hot in here though. Throw on some air conditioner for those of us who are waiting for our food please.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The man behind the counter was very friendly and took pride in the food. I ordered chicken fajitas and the portion was huge! Also, nothing beats horchatas!!
