If you want to order burritos for a group they will be very rude to you here. I’ve tried placing my order ahead of time and was told my order was too small and just come in at 7. Did that and you guys were extremely rude to me.

Do not get the buffalo chicken fries. Disgusting and the smallest amount of chicken, but loaded with fat soft fries. All other Sombreros I used to go to used skinny fries. Waste of money & I see why it came out so fast. The service was at least nice, so maybe I’ll try something else another time. I’ll update if so, but now I need to go find something to actually eat. This is going to the trash!

I absolutely love the way they cook the food. It is delicious. I cannot get enough of it. The staff is absolutely wonderful no matter what time of day I go is so friendly. Haven’t had a bad person there at all. The food is just out of this world.

Foods always cold, very small Portions, no flavor or sometimes over salted, some non attentive rude employees, always messing up orders and forgetting items, making a big deal over 25 cent salsa when you spend $37.. go elsewhere like Roberto's, Santanas or even Cotijas! Sombreros is a rip off and not worth it. I like a juicy, tasty, meaty carne asada burrito, not a dry tortilla, cold meat, no flavor mini burrito. Pass this taco shop up and move on for real..

I walked into a spotless dining room and was acknowledged rite away and the order I placed online was ready and warm. I spent extra time waiting for my ride and everyone continued to be helpful and friendly when I needed to charge my fone. Notalot of places make you feel like you don't wanna leave . Sombreros did that I wished I could stayallnite!!! My burrito was perfect and the drinks and salsa was great. Thank you to all the staff.

Carme asada fries are literally just fries and carne asada no guacamole pico sour cream or cheese absolute trash carne asada was bland and fries as well salsa comes in a plastic bag which is also a bad sign just go to the jack n box or McDonald's down the street
