In the morning of December 7th 2025, when ordering my coffee they were 2 girls baristas no one of them know how to do it and asked me how to prepare it, it was the wrong coffee in 1st attempt and the 2nd attempt was wrong too, both of them were rude, unprofessional and lacking experience and no skills of customer service. Instead of saying sorry and managing the issue, they told me ok you can leave it even i paid OMG. I dk why you hire such horrible baristas. I left cause I don’t want to ruin my start of a sunday morning. SHAME ON THAT LOCATION. NOT WELL RUNNING.

Today, a young lady named Sierra I think, was working alone, she took an order made the order cleaned up and then went to the next person thanking them for their patience. She kept a smile on her face and never once complained about being alone. She took a little longer but made each person feel like they mattered. Great job young lady!!!
Horrible layout. Can get overcrowded quickly. This store needs to be re designed. Even just removing the glass would be a major improvement.
