I went through the drive-thru but decided to park and eat my meal and drink inside. I asked to use the restroom ( Starbucks cup in hand) and she smugly asked if was going to make a purchase. I responded, “I already have.” I've never been to this location and she definitely ruined the first impression for me.

Today is Thursday, July 10. I went to Starbucks, and two of the employees were rude and unkind. I politely asked for a cup, but one of them kept telling me to wait with a mean expression, like she hated being there. Her attitude was very disrespectful, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t like being treated this way, and I hope this issue can be addressed.

Worst Starbucks ever, they are rude and racist. I always buy tea with extra tea bags on the side but they always have issue with it, I order thru the app all over the US same order but only this Starbucks always has issues with it. It looks like they go on the field to pick the tea on their own. Love Navajo and 125 Starbucks they’re the best.

I usually have great experiences at this Starbucks, but unfortunately, my visit today was frustrating. Miriam, the employee taking my order, was condescending and corrected me multiple times, even when it wasn’t necessary. It made the ordering process feel uncomfortable rather than welcoming. To make matters worse, my order was prepared incorrectly, despite her insistence on “fixing” how I placed it. The pic is of a “lavender” cold foam w matcha- there’s no lavender.

Don't let your vendors park in Handicapped Parking- especially when it's brought to the attention the store Manager and she does nothing but say, "ok." Not "ok" make them move. Otherwise still great coffee and excellent service.

This location is horrible to try and get into. They randomly close the lobby and force you through the drive thru which is so slow and ends up being 15 cars deep. Not to mention the inconvenience of not have a car, then what you don't deserve service unless you have a car?
