Customer service is horrible here. They need to hire better people because these woman don’t know how to treat their customers, they also just pick and choose who’s order they want to take no matter who’s in line. Who ever worked here on Sunday 18th at 3:50 pm learn to be polite to customers.

My daughter set me up with a mobile app and I can order before arriving. We I get to the coffee shop my order is waiting for pickup. Tables outside are convenient to relax a few minutes and enjoy the brew. Now if my daughter would just keep adding money to my account I would be very happy indeed. Once you taste the coffee you will understand why so many people are customers. And yes, you can use the app for drivethru.

This store has gone downhill very quickly in the last couple of months. All of the staff members that used to make it extremely enjoyable to come to this location have since been fired or fled due to poor management, the remainder are either too tired to put an effort in or are preoccupied with their own personal conversations (or are just on their phones). Just go to the one down the hill, or on Fletcher Parkway if you want better service.

This is a great Starbucks. You've got a great staff, a bookstore right next door, there's always a seat outside for me and my pup. And it's walkable if you're near Grossmont center and a few steps away from the trolley orange and green lines.

I've stood in line and watched an older lady yell at the employees but she's told to do this by the new manager who is a horrible. The rule is to not help customer until all the work is done and the line will be out the door. One young lady with long hair is the sweetest, best barista I've ever been to and she deserves 5 stars. This older lady (Her name starts with a Bit?) yell at the baristas in front of customers!!! What is wrong with this store???? The upper management needs to know these things as I'm going to stop going to this starbucks because I can't watch this anymore. Other people in line also complained about the behavior of the management. This is ridiculous!!
