Staff here is always nice and pleasant. Drinks come out the way I like and they're made to the standard. Only disappointment is the remodel that got rid of the inside, it sucks to stand out in the cold (yes even in San Diego) waiting for my drink and/or food.

Shameful service. Wasted $10 to stand around 30 minutes watching everyone else get their order, finally just left with nothing. I live 500 feet from this place and drive to other Starbucks because it's the most frustrating Starbucks in San Diego.

Went there at 5am this morning first of the they didn’t have the light on the girl was completely stupid I asked her to scan my phone so I could get my stars she said I will be right back. When she came back she was handing me my change I said no I wanted you to scan for my stars before you took my payment she’s all oh I didn’t hear you. Instead of voiding my order and redoing it like I asked she said she couldn’t do it. I have never heard of that. There was nobody else in line. Such bad Customer Service

I'll start by saying I go to this location often. After last night I will not be returning. At 7:26 pm. There were three cars ahead of me and none behind me. When it was my turn to order it was a little past 7:30 pm. The lady states sorry we are not taking anymore orders. I told her I was in line on time and I told her no one was behind me. She still said sorry and refused to serve me. Worst customer services I've had in awhile. Why they served the guy at the window who walked up as I was ordering I'll never understand. I guess I'll use my last remaining points and move on. Just one question for the District Manager. Why do we have Starbucks?

Usually go in mornings, morning crew is very respectful and customer friendly. Ended up going to drive through a couple minutes ago and right from the jump guy was rude. And then when we’re at window he forgot our hot chocolate and so we were just waiting and he was like “what else” in a rude way. I was as about to say something but not going to say waste my breath on a little kid that doesn’t enjoy his job. With an attitude like that, you mind as well find different job or work in warehouse so you don’t really talk to anyone. Maybe that’s why line was really moving slow, him with his attitude and getting orders wrong. We’ll just stick to mornings.
