Staff here is always nice and pleasant. Drinks come out the way I like and they're made to the standard. Only disappointment is the remodel that got rid of the inside, it sucks to stand out in the cold (yes even in San Diego) waiting for my drink and/or food.

I have been going to this store for about 7 years & I have only had positive experiences. The staff are efficient and friendly and the service is quick. Don't worry if you see a long line for the drive-thru... they'll have you through the line & on your way before you know it! ☕️

Ordered my normal. Not only was it wrong, it was watered-down, so I returned to have them remake it. Got attitude and still a watered-down drink. Not gonna blame the store itself. The shift needs training. Badly!
