My recent visit to the Starbucks coffee shop was fantastic, largely due to an outstanding employee named Alex.
Alex exemplified excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. They were genuinely welcoming, patient while I decided on my order, and offered helpful suggestions for a new seasonal drink which I ended up loving. The interaction was efficient yet personalized, making me feel valued as a customer rather than just another transaction.
The coffee shop itself was clean and maintained the typical cozy Starbucks atmosphere, but Alex's positive energy and professional demeanor truly elevated the entire experience. Their friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my drink was perfect deserves commendation.
It is employees like Alex who turn a routine coffee run into a highlight of the day. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks.

Horrible customer service at drive-through Nearly threw my drink at me And slammed the window as I’m trying to ask for a straw. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I come here often I’m always kind to the baristas and I tip every time! I’ve never had issues here before until this one young girl Started working the drive-through. I thought maybe she was having a bad day isolated event but Nope! I came back and she did it again! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Went through the drive thru and had an issue with the barista who was taking my order, nasty attitude, very smug, and I explained to her that I wanted extra cold foam and this girl went back and forth with me about how it was against policy even though at my favorite store I don’t usually have this issue. 0/10 stars for experience, as this isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience here.

So the other day I came through the drive-thru early in the morning got my coffee and my cup had the words have a beautiful day I thought that was the most amazing and swedish gesture because we seem to forget in this world that being kind and leaving something as simple as a note or positive affirmation can change somebody's entire day thank you so much to the people who work at the Starbucks

They have the best ice, I purposely go to this Starbucks versus others for their ice! Everyone is also very friendly and kind.

The manager told me that they don’t give cream on the side and if I wanted it they would charge me for it. I have been going here for years. Looks like our relationship is over. I’ll never go here again and I am gonna tell everyone I know to do the same. So ticked-off.

This is a great location. I mostly only go through the drive through, but they always get my order right, the drinks and food are always perfect and they are always friendly and efficient. Appreciate them being my neighborhood Starbucks 💖

Today, as I was walking my dog, my entire ice tea dropped and spilled. I went onto Starbucks on Lake Murray and Hector was so kind to replace it for no cost. Thank you!!!
