Was excited to see my favorite Starbucks remodeled. VERY disappointed. They removed a lot of seating. What's left is very uncomfortable for a couple to enjoy some time together. They took out small tables to munch on their products and left mostly very short tables impossible to eat anything. Very few seats left.

They just remodeled the building. It is terrible and not built for the customer. They cut out half the space, made large seating areas for large groups when it is frequented by students and solos. There are well under a quarter of the previous seating. The took away the neighborhood environment and tried to make this place hipster. Absolutely terrible.

Very disappointed after the remodel. Place looks nice enough. However they have more people working behind the counter, but fewer indoor seats in total from before. Also the service has dropped in quality despite having more workers. They didn't make basic mistakes as much before. I ordered a cold muffin, not heated, and it took almost 45 minutes before it was ready, on top of that it was also heated, so the simple order wasn't even correct. Someone else in my group ordered a hot Carmel drink & couldn't even taste the carmel when she got it. Another in my group ordered a venti & her drink came in a grande, even though they were clearly not out of venti cups since lots of other people were getting venti's. Some of the guys were chit chatting more than they were making drinks during a busy time too.

Pros: Beautiful upgrades to this location friendly staff and orders that are always correct. Cons: They took away half the seating area for people to sit and talk or study and removed virtually all of the outlets so you cant stay extended hours and study.

Was in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes when a worker came and told us they were closing the drive thru. We asked why and he rudely ignored the question and said we could go inside the lobby if we wanted too. Very poor customer service will not be coming back.

Every time I come here I expect them to get my order wrong or it end up mediocre. I don’t like asking for crazy additions so I don’t get why my orders almost always end up wrong. I stopped ordering here because my Caramel Crème frappe would have no caramel mixed into the actual drink, just sat at the bottom even though I specifically ask for it to be mixed into. And when I asked for an iced Matcha Latte with Cherry Foam, there was actually so little it was gone in one sip. If they were low in product, don’t let me order it or refund me for the addition at the window.

Abigail was so pleasant, welcoming and prompt to help. Excellent service, even she notified me of a minor wait - all with a smile. I was watching her she works so well and organized manner; her approach is remarkable 👍👍💯 well done and I will come back there just for her; she made me a regular. Great customer service. 😀
On maps it says it closes at 10:00 and we got there at 9:30 and they wouldn't serve us so I flipped them off we should go there and then he saw me so I stayed there for like 2 seconds and then I took my seat belt off and hid but ya I'm not happy

The cappuccino I got this morning!!! I told them the cup is too light!!! I don’t feel there’s any coffee in it, they told me, cappuccino is mostly foam and they give extra milk, I guess we purchase coffee at the coffee shops!!! I don’t drink milk at the morning!!

I always come here to study because the atmosphere is great and the drinks never disappoint. Johnny’s customer service is amazing, he is always so sweet and kind. He’s always so welcoming and friendly and he makes my drinks really good. This place is amazing if you want to study I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to anyone who wants amazing drinks/food and to study! Thank you :)
