Only 2 stars because there are no locks on bathrooms yet and the staff seems to understand the refill policy, store is full of old people whining about politics or their families not talking to them while glaring at “young people” drinking overpriced fruit drinks, if you have a service animal be prepared to be grilled on it’s authenticity (not legal to do) and be looked at like a liar for responding, tried the PSL this year and it tasted incredibly bland, the iced coffee tasted burnt somehow, This back to Starbucks bs is going to kill Starbucks I’ve probably spent $200 a month at Starbucks since 2016 not counting souvenir mugs and coffee bags been to pike place twice and have been to the main brewing compound in the past, I miss when Starbucks actually appreciated customers instead of treating me like trash and drawing a smiley face on my cup, I write this while sitting at the 3rd Dutch bros built in the area sipping an Annihilator, Starbucks needs to figure out that actual customer service is more important than flipping tables and some of us liked the homeless guy that just wanted to talk and would give people Pokémon cards (true story different Starbucks)

Blonde girl working the window this morning glasses and ponytail 6/29 9:31am, gave her my money for my order she said it wasn’t the right amount even though I knew what I had handed her, asked me for additional money, counted it then proceeded to hand me back the same amount I gave her extra and said you gave me to much. Not sure if she was trying to keep additional money or just doesn’t common cash handling but I would keep an eye out for her.

Very unpleasant experience the barista who took my order was very rude and dismissive I did notice with other customers they hand you the food and pay with Minorities they have you pay first. I spent over $30 still received poor service would not be returning I choose not not to say anything due to us already being deemed aggressive but the service was horrible
Susie was so helpful. I wanted my drink a specific way and wasn’t sure how to order. She gave me her recommendation and modifications instead of telling me the drink wasn’t available. Great customer service and very friendly

Nice employees and plenty of seating, but my order is too often incorrect, especially given current Starbucks prices. I still order here but need to give myself extra time and double-check everything, unfortunately. Starbucks either under-trains or over-works the employees.
