This store has delivered to the wrong address once. Driver refused to go get it and bring to the correct address. Doordash assured me that I would get a refund. Never received.The next time I ordered the order came up wrong. I immediately called the store to change. The person who answered the phone said it was already made and they were going to deliver as is. When I protested he hung up on me. The driver arrived with the incorrect order and I sent it back to the store. Doordash again told me I would get a full refund. Never receivedThe guy that runs this store is unbelievably rude and ignorant of any idea of customer service.Doordash are theives and liars. I am done with the store and the delivery service they use.

Great sandwiches, but Subway has really let me down and lost my business. On June 30th I attempted to use the app to order for pick up. My son and I were eating Subway a few times a week and never had a problem. But this time, I got an error message upon checking out. I tried a 2nd time to complete checking out but got an error message again. I checked my bank and saw 2 charges pending for $20.37 each. I figured they were just authorizations and would drop off, but they didn't. Subway put the charges through even though the orders were never fulfilled. I have attempted to contact Subway via their app and their website and no one will respond. So now I'm out $40.74. Thanks Subway. I recommend you spend your money at a different sandwich shop.

Terrible customer service and system. Took my money out my account but claimed they didn't have anything on their side. Waited nearly one hour to see if anything came up. Nothing ever came up and they still charged me through the app for food I never received. Instead of trying to assist you in this issue they act confused as well.

I've never thought to write a Yelp review about Subway, but the woman who helped me today changed that. I didn't catch her name, but she deserves a raise or a promotion because I have never felt more satisfied with a customer service exchange in my life. On June 11th, 8:30pm my friend and I walked into subway hungry and just wanting something quick and easy. The woman working was extremely great at all aspects of the job, from joking with us about sub sizes to making sure the veggies I wanted were placed in the correct order. I asked for extra olives and she loaded them up, even checking to make sure it was enough. She even convinced me to get the subway app and check my mail for coupons. I don't need the subway app, but I got it on her recommendation. The subs themselves look better than an advertisement photo. I hope someone sees this and at least passes it on to the amazing woman who helped us. She deserves more than whatever she is getting, because she is the definition of phenomenal service.

Wow. I just had a horrible experience with the man named Jose. He literally assaulted me and charged me extra for a sandwich because HE misunderstood me. I am still shaking. I have never been treated worse in my whole life. The guy was a thousand pounds bigger than me. You can be having a horrible day but don't bring that stuff to work. He probably thinks I won't even write a review but that's what reviews are for.
