We loved having our wedding welcome party at The Hills Pub in La Mesa. The staff handled our group of more than 70 people without any issues and kept everything running smoothly. The food was honestly better than we expected, and everyone had a great time. Ten out of ten would recommend this spot for a large group event.

Nice place, friendly staff, good food, reasonable prices! Had 2 tall cran/vodkas and a Mahi taco 🌮 for $20 not including tip. Big outdoor dog friendly seating space out back! Arcade on other side of bar. Could use another bathroom. There's only 2.

“HI! WELCOME IN!” Wow! It has been a very long time since we have seen a restaurant that has/is 1) great customer service 2) great food & 3) properly staffed! Taylor, the bartender, is a class-act. Friendly, hard-working, & knows her stuff! She greeted us, asked our names, checked up on us frequently & delivered delicious cocktails & food! This was our first time here, but we are very excited to return! Cannot wait to bring our family & friends here. Thank you Hills Pub for a true Sunday-Funday. See you soon! :)

Such a great place for a group event. Faith was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our entire evening here! Food was great, QR code ordering system is so easy for a big group, and the arcade is such a nice addition for the kids (& adults, let’s be real)!

Place is nice, good food , good service. All until the time you pay and they try to get you to leave a tip. Tips should be optional, not forced. But some people just expected. Ridiculous, but overall, place is alright, can’t judge it on one wrong doing.
