I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for the staff at this location.We were out of town and returned on Christmas and needed a ham for our Christmas dinner.I got to the store three (3) minutes before they closed, and they STILL served me with patience. They were scheduled to close at 4:30 p.m. and I got there at 4:27 p.m.I really thought I was up the creek and would not our dinner meat. Needless to say the thought caused me to be in a slight panic. ALL of the employees were calm and patient in processing my purchase.I'll always remember this experience with gratitude.

This was going to be our Thanksgiving dinner this year, alone, due to my wife's cancer. When we got there they had run out of sides - sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes. We were given a tiny cake and a package of Hawaiian rolls as compensation??? Definitely not $25.00 value. When we got home the turkey was smoked not roasted. It was clearly labled as roasted. My wife is more than upset. She's crying and has cancer.Thanks honeybaked you're not responsible for her cancer but you are definitely responsible for the tears of disappointment.Ungratefully Dorothy

I ordered online to pick up in store, but then had to cancel. I called to cancel two days later which was a week prior to pick up day. The associate I had talked to said she would cancel however I did not get a email notification. A week goes by and the original pick up day comes by and I get a email of "thanks for picking up order"I called the store again, the lady said it was cancelled and that I should get a refund. Days later I received nothing! I called the store again and I spoke to the manager Sandra. She asked me to come down to process the refund manually because she is unable to process online. I come in on a Wednesday at 10:40a for the appointment at 11am but Sandra is not in store. The manager in store said that she should be here but never showed up.The associate jackalene trued to process a return but failed. 2+hrs go by and still nothing. Apparently they had to call somewhere to find out how to process a return. Currently still waiting for outcome. *update* finally got the refund, after waiting so long you would think they would give me a complimentary diner or something, but no. This is the most frustrating situation I've ever been in.

We ordered and prepaid for our thanksgiving items and when we arrived to pick up our pre-paid order the cashier first didn't know how many items we had ordered and then informed us that our 3 mashed potatoes were out of stock and proceeded to try to make us take 3 gravys that we had ordered for the potatoes and told us that we would have to cancel the whole order to receive any refund for the items not received or take what was being given to us. We requested to speak with the manager who then gave us a card to contact for complaints/refund she then offered us a ham which we didn't want/need. The thing that's asinine is that when you order and pre-pay for a product the item should be ready and reserved not to mention that no courtesy call or effort to inform us of this was made, we had received an email telling us the ordered items were ready to be picked up. It was obvious from that point that the manager running around with hams/bags to other registers was basically doing the same for other orders

The service was extremely slow because they were understaffed and training new people in the back of the store. I'm definitely not going back next week for Thanksgiving.Parking: Not enough parking in their lot for people to pick up their holiday orders.
