I stopped in for a quick bite and was super happy of my choice. Caritas, and a adobada taco. Both perfectly seasoned too. I returned later that day for a surf and turf burrito. Adobada and shrimp ❤️❤️. This will be your favorite taco spot.

ZERO STAR! The carne asada burrito was so SMALL! It was like the size of a small babies leg! Hardly any meat. Service was just poor & she only gave me 1 hot sauce! I asked for two more & she wanted to charge me extra! It was a take out order, but when I went to pay, the girl kept saying " this is where you put in my tip". What a joke, NO TIP FOR YOU!

I ordered Thai place through DoorDash, everything looked so fresh and my rolled tacos stayed crunchy and my fish taco did not get soggy even though it took about 20 minutes to get to my house. I must say I rarely have good Mexican in the La Mesa area, but this place is so good and flavorful.

I ordered beef rolled tacos and a California burrito. My order was not flavorful. I feel like the carne lacked seasoning and the salsa was watery. The potatoes in the California burrito tasted like they were freezer burned. Overall the food was not fresh to me. I miss Super Oscar's so I experimented with other taco shops nearby. Boy, do I regret that. No confusion. The food is bland and it's no shade. Perhaps spicing up the family recipes would improve the taste and value of the food. But hey to each their own. I was not amazed by my meal.

Great quick and convenient stop to satisfy your cravings for Mexican food! Especially after school. My G-daughters love it. OG ordered a birria taco, a carnitas taco and a fish taco. She was hungry! The fries were loved by her lil' cousin June June. And we all love the Jamaica. The table out front is perfect to sit and enjoy our food. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even the security camera talks to you! My 5yo G-daughter was surprised to find this out! Thanks Tita!
