Love the yogurt

Half their machines don't work, one is dripping so they have to have a bucket under it (not sure how sanitary that is)....the toppings are a bit pitiful, fee bins with a few toppings in each, but only one spoon per bin....most pitiful yogurt place I've ever been in

I love frozen yogurt! This location is convenient; especially when you are shopping around the mall! The costumer service is always up to par and everything is always clean!

Came here very last minute, 30 minutes prior to closing time. All I will say is that I will not be returning and do not recommend this place. I had passed this establishment several times before and it always looked empty. I think I now know why. The frozen yogurt was not good and the toppings, looked, felt and tasted old. My husband didn't like any part of his frozen yogurt treat. I on the other hand ordered a Taro Boba milk tea blended. I have purchased this same tea at many other shops in San Diego County and in Clark County in Nevada. At all those shops it relatively tasted the same and gratefully delicious. At Tutti Frutti is was disgusting and I almost chocked when I took the first sip. I immediately went in and told them how horrible it tasted. They lady at the front seemed very shocked. The miss who made my drink seemed to hide in the back. The best I can describe it is as a bland and unpleasant taste. It tasted nothing of the Taro powder and it was not even a bit sweet. To make things worse, the boba was blended as part of the tea. Who does that??? In many years of buying this delicious treat elsewhere I have never encountered that when you order a Taro Boba milk tea blended it means that they blend EVERYTHING together; rather, they blend the milk, taro powder, ice and syrup together and AT THE VERY END they add the delicious boba to enjoy whole. At Tutti Frutti all they gave me was a nasty, bland, chunky with boba pieces everywhere, yet cloudy purple substance that didn't resemble a real Taro Milk Tea. Before this experience I was planning on taking my 3 kids here for a treat but not anymore and am so glad I didn't have to spend any more money than for just these 2 items. I will not be using by $5 gift card that they gave me as a refund. I could have gotten the full refund but my husband was embarrassed to also complain about the yogurt.

This place does Not seem to be run properly. I took my Grand Daughters here yesterday and this afternoon. Yesterday a couple flavors they said weren't running properly then today the chocolate and vanilla and watermelon flavors were not working. How do they expect to stay open if their machines are dysfunctional....then we needed lids as we were bringing them home to eat and most of the lids did NOT fit the containers. After the employee trying to fit 14 lids on the containers and only 3 working she had to THROW the remainder away....So NOT cost effective besides being frustrating to the customers. So we left with only 3 Lids for our containers...Don't waste your time at this place it's PATHETIC..

Nice, clean shop with outdoor seating. A dozen flavors to choose from including taro, coconut, and sorbet at this time of year. I loved the topping variety and they had all the toppings I was looking for (Oreo crumbles, brownie bits, soar gummy worms, and gummy bears). It's situated in Grossmont mall. You might have to fight for parking if you're parking out front near the main road during lunch time.

Definitely a nice spot to enjoy by yourself or with the kiddos. It's a small place in the mall with some seating but I chose to sit outside and enjoy the cool breeze. The yogurt selection is small but all tasted great. I was also very happy with separations of toppings. All the nuts were separated and I was very appreciative. Thumbs up!

Have come here many times and have never been disappointed. The variety of frozen yogurt is great and the toppings are always fresh. They also have a small smoothie and coffee selection for those who don't want the frozen yogurt. They sell cute light up spoons with their logo, which kids would enjoy!

So glad I've finally made it out to this place. It's been bookmarked for a while!

Surpasses all other froyo places in San Diego for flavor and consistency. Try cotton candy, chocolate, premium tart; and kiwi strawberry sorbet. Yum. Skip cold stone after the movie and come around the corner... You'll be happy that you did!

This isn't a self serve yogurt place 😭

When did frozen yogurt cost as much as a meal at chili's. Just spent 15 for 2 small yogurts. Never again.

Literally no options and the worst tasting fro yo I've ever tasted. I'm convinced all the positive reviews are employees. And what's with the worker doling out the samples and watching you like a hawk. So awkward.
