Paul Dato is the best! If you can get an appointment with him you are lucky. He's kind, caring and spends quality time explaining things so you understand. The only thing I didn't like about this office is the TV blaring while you wait. We asked if they could turn it down and was told they could not. That was a little annoying. When you feel anxious about your visit and then have a TV blasting at you it's unnerving.

Made appt. In October had to wait until today December 21 appt. Was 10:15 was there 10:15 I wasn't told that I had to show up at 9:45 to fill out paperwork except they made the appointment for 10:15 they said they could reschedule for the end of January already waited two months for appointment not going to wait another two months for an appointment if there appointment was at 9:45 they should have just said 9:45 and not 10:15 recommend a different doctor office . Bad business plan lost money lost patient I'm going elsewhere. Also wasted an hour of my time and my gas for the trip there for nothing

Dr. Paul Dato is one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. He is extremely caring and gentle and wish all doctors were like him. Do not hesitate to utilize his services. You will be glad you did.

This office has a severe communication problem. I learned this the hard way. I am writing this review to save other people from having to experience what I did. My father has kidney and heart problems. The first time I took him in, the doctor scheduled a cystoscopy for him which is irrelevant to the kidney issue, but that's besides the point. Every time I call this office the lady answering the phone is rude and talks very hastily. She puts me on hold for extended periods of time. The phone system keeps offering me to leave a voicemail so that someone can call back. Even if I leave a voicemail nobody calls back. After ten minutes she picks up the phone and acts like I'm a new caller. Given my father's situation there are times that I need talk to the doctor or physician assistant about his condition and ask questions. One example was when my father was scheduled for an angiogram and we needed clearance from the urologist. I called several times. As soon as I would tell the receptionist lady on the phone about needing to talk to doctor or PA, she would cut me off hastily and tell me it's not possible and they are busy. She would make me explain my questions to her. Needless to say she would have no clue what the answers were. I don't think she even understood the questions because every time after wasting my time and energy she would simply say that she'll have the PA call me back. No one ever called me back. I truly hope what she did to me happens to her so that she tastes some of her own medicine. Only then she may come to her senses and change her behavior toward patients in need of care. I am changing my father's urologist and I recommend you do too before ever coming to this office.
