I customized my order and wanted sauce but got no sauce and a plain burger instead of my customized order. I ordered so many nuggets and fries with sauce but got NONE.

This Wendy's location has always been a favorite of mines. The buns are soft and fresh and the fries are crispy and hot. Very effective getting cars in and out of the drive through.

After a 10 minute delay in the drive through the cashier told me I only ordered 1 meal.there was clearly 2 people in my vehicle.her assurance she was right was she only charged for 1 meal after consulting with her manager for another 3 minutes they offered a small frosty to make up for it but I would have to get it inside the resteraunt.i drove off and went to a taco shop.

Came to this Wendy's restaurant located on la Mesa. Went threw the drive-in and the young man took my order. Chicken nuggets of 10. I told him that is going to be cash. So, the line took longer. I was next customers to pay. The black female (Tricia) told me the amount, I handle her $7.00 in her hands. As she gave me the change, I stick out my hand, and she threw it on my hand. Wow! What the hell! She was in a bad mood. I didn't say anything only thank you! As she handled me the bag. Again, I said thank you. She was very rude manner towards I . I could of said something to her on how to be more kind and polite to all customers. I just let it go. Staffs should be taking classes on how to behave in the workplace and be kind to all customer's. I will not come here again!
