I always go here and get the pepperoni pretzel with the cheese sauce. They always taste great. Be aware that Google says they close at 8pm but they actually close at 7pm!

I should have known not to come here based on other reviews. The pretzels are cold and hard like they are re-using yesterday's batch. I ordered and paid for the new churro bites that comes with chocolate sauce and they gave me cinnamon bites and said I could not get my money back. Horrible service.

This location does things just a little different than the other Wetzel's locations I have been to. Seemed just a little off...
It's a tragedy that this store has so much potential if it wasn't inside the mall, and there were better people working there. Wetzel pretzel is such a staple if the right person owned it and if it was in a more convenient location.

Swung by here while at the mall got a bag of pretzels. They were over priced and cold. Only reason 4 stars is they tried to make it right by replacing them but they were still not fresh tasting. Customer service was good though...
