Ordered food for pickup, was right on time, order was correct, and tasted delicious! The Korean bbq is by far the best flavor and a must try! Also I’d recommend the hot honey seasoning for fries. The lady working the front was extremely kind and prompt as well. Overall great experience and will definitely be back!

I placed a carryout order at this Wingstop location a few days ago and gave them a 2 hour heads up before pickup. When I arrived, they hadn’t started on my order and I could tell the line of customers hadn’t been fed either. It felt like they were barely touching my order as I stood there waiting, and the staff’s attitude was unhelpful. I came away with cold fries and wings that were not ready when promised, wasting my time and forcing me to rearrange my plans around their delays. Shame on me for giving them a 3rd chance

Called asked to take an order…. Heard lady go yell at manager asking how process order then without telling me anything was placed on hold . After holding for minutes I hung up came inside store to order. In store service was terrible as well definitely need upgraded staff here to say the least.

I came in to get some wings and the sandwich. Waste of money, it was watery, the sandwich had sauce everywhere but the chicken, the bag was leaking, the buffalo wings were barely covered and watery, the top bun and bottom bun were so burned that it can give you cancer. It was awful and I’ve been coming here for a few years. Quality has gone down and I am so mad about this. It’s unacceptable

This place is shady. You buy the advertised special then they say no ranch with meal! Upsell everything! Poor attitude with the management. Do not order on the AI the system FYI. Food portions are smaller and smaller. They mix flavors of wings into 1 container. Example order hot and mild and they put into 1 container. Cheap! Makes me wonder how they are saving money while cooking my food. Gross
