They always overcook my wings. It was like this on my last 3 visits. I’m practically eating beef jerky with extra salt. I’ve been to other wing stops, and they make their wings perfectly. Paying $20 for dry, burnt, bland wings is literal robbery.

I always come here and for some reason I never get all FLATS!!! I always get overcharged for them and nothing. Thanks for the 4 flats when I ordered a combo of 10 wings. The cook lady gave it to me with attitude and everything was placed wrong as well. This also happened in night shift around 11 in the night

Staff is rude and incredibly awful. They don't know how to make the food properly. I had to take it back in and ask them to make it properly and how I ordered. Fat employee girl comes up and just takes my food and rudely makes it how I asked. They deserve to be replaced by AI and machines. Im looking forward to these $20 an hour entitled losers are out of a job. Do not eat here. Go to another Wingstop.

I was missing 10 wings from my order. I should've known to not come to Wingstop after multiple bad orders/taking too long. I finally do the little customer service thing and they send me a $10 gift card....legit makes 0 sense when 10 wings cost more than $15 after tax. Just ridiculous. Make wings at home, go to a Chinese spot to get wings, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Vons, any other wing spot in El Cajon. Don't waste your time here it's not worth it. Not even the meal deal. Your order will be wrong or you'll be straight up missing items.Do not waste your time. You've been warned.
Very friendly staff however, the chicken wasn't crispy enough and barely any seasoning.Same with the fries. Fresh but not cooked enough and very little seasoning.

This was the worst experience ever. The wings were cold and soggy, like they'd been sitting out for hours. The fries were disgustingly greasy, basically dripping with oil. The service was painfully slow, even though the place was almost empty. We waited forever for our food, only to be totally disappointed. This meal seriously ruined my life. I was so excited to eat here, but now I feel sick and angry. Never coming back. Total waste of money and time. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Update:::Ridiculous go to pick up an order they are rarely down with food when they say food will be done. Run out of dipping sauces which is NUTS!! NOTE: they told me to look at my receipt for me to double check my own order because they regularly forget food when I order. It has taken me a long time to write a negative review because I go here regularly as there isn’t another near by. There is a gentleman with long hair that was BEYOND RUDE just as I was waiting constant nasty looks at me. Very uncomfortable and unpleased with service here!!Prior:Always late even when you order way ahead. Takes forever, & they forget items that were ordered. These two above things occur almost every time I order from them.

I have tried this location several times and have never gotten my food in less than an hour. Not blaming the employees, I blame management. They are completely understaffed and usually have one person working both the register and cooking. It’s terrible. If you can’t properly staff a location then maybe this location shouldn’t be open. It’s not fair for the employees working.
