This is an amazing wingstop. Reyna was quick with taking my order. This is a super clean store. They have bumped up the service. The food tastes great. It came quick and fresh and smells amazing. Definitely recommend this place for a good quick bite.

Sorry fat thing behind the counter took 50 min to give me food and served 3 people that came in after me first. One guy came in with 2 kids and his girl and all of them got the food first. 0 on customer service but the food is good lol.

came in today right before 6pm and got a 6poecr bone in combo, with mild sauce. except i got absolutely no sauce on my wings. extremely sad because i drove all the way here because i was craving some buffalo wings tonight and got wings that weren’t even put near sauce. i wiped them with a paper towel to see if maybe it was just light sauce but it was entirely dry, just some oil on it.
Dummies can't read an order ticket, and Uber eats is never any help. The dude at the store tried to offer me 5 wings, NO JUST MAKE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. IF YOU CAN'T READ AN ORDER TICKET YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE A JOB. THAT'S LITERALLY THE FIRST REQUIREMENT. 😂😂

Wingstop is so good, it’s hard not to love. The boneless wings with lemon pepper are a must try in my opinion. The prices are definitely steep for a wing place, however. They also do not take cash. When I was here I was told 15 minutes for my 10 wings but it only took about 5 or less for them to be done. The staff was very friendly as well. A few of my wings seemed to be a bit undercooked however, not the chicken just the breading on the outside.

I am so sick and tired of their customer service. A few weeks ago they messed up & had me waiting over 45 mins. For my order when I had called it in so it could be done in advance. They weren’t even apologetic, I reached out to corporate because their service was so bad. They intern said they would give us credit for the same order to be used later. I called do place the credited order today & they were all clueless & rude. They told me to call back in 30 mins because they were too busy. Then she said nevermind come pick it up in 30mins. I send my husband & they tell him it will be another 30 min wait!! Then I call and they say they didn’t have him wait..but they were so careless & unprofessional on how they handled this situation. Then on top of all this they forgot to give him the drink that came w/the order and no fries! I am so sick of this wingstop and will no longer take my family here. Only go here if u want to wait over 30-45 mins for ur food and if u like messed up forgetten items, with careless unapologetic service. I don’t know what happened they used to give good quality service until recently.
