I am so sick and tired of their customer service. A few weeks ago they messed up & had me waiting over 45 mins. For my order when I had called it in so it could be done in advance. They weren’t even apologetic, I reached out to corporate because their service was so bad. They intern said they would give us credit for the same order to be used later. I called do place the credited order today & they were all clueless & rude. They told me to call back in 30 mins because they were too busy. Then she said nevermind come pick it up in 30mins. I send my husband & they tell him it will be another 30 min wait!! Then I call and they say they didn’t have him wait..but they were so careless & unprofessional on how they handled this situation. Then on top of all this they forgot to give him the drink that came w/the order and no fries! I am so sick of this wingstop and will no longer take my family here. Only go here if u want to wait over 30-45 mins for ur food and if u like messed up forgetten items, with careless unapologetic service. I don’t know what happened they used to give good quality service until recently.

Prices went up and the portion size went down wings literally not covered in sauce. Not worth it. Do better wingstop !

So we ordered my food at 7:05, got groceries to make time while they make the food. We showed up at 7:50 to pick it up expecting it to be ready and experienced 25 additional minutes of bad customer service waiting for the food. Two walk-ins showed up, ordered food, got it and left before I ever got my order. Finally got my order at 8:15 and left without so much as an apology for the ridiculous wait time of 1 hour and 10min. Food was not good enough to risk coming back.

The main reason for 2 stars is because they won’t even give you one dip without charging $2. Absolutely ridiculous👎

The staff here deserves a raise!! Went in on Friday at 6:30 for dine. It was the quickest and freshest I’ve ever been served wingstop. It was all fresh the fries, wings and Cajun corn. Thank you staff!!

Called in my order because I was under the impression that would speed up the process and wait time. Came in 35 minutes after I called and they hadn't even made my order yet. When I asked why it was not ready they told me they don't make it until you arrive. So basically don't waste your time ordering ahead.
Insult to injury people who came in after me and order in store got their food before me.
Also asked for extra seasoning which I was told for the strips "we don't do that" - they ended up doing it but again don't understand why that was not communicated when I called it in. The person who took my order even repeated my order back saying they will add extra seasoning.
Make it make sense please HA

I will never come here again. I ordered by phone with the option to pay at the store. I went to pick up my order to find out that effective today they no longer take cash. I didn't even bring my purse, just cash to pay. So they chose to throw the $30 in food away rather than accept my cash payment. There was no mention on the phone or on the website that they just stopped taking cash. So needless to say, I didn't get my food and had to go find another place to get food at 940pm. Pretty lame experience if you ask me. Should have mentioned when I was given the option to pay in store that effective today you don't accept cash. What a stupid change to make with out any mention of it to customers. Also even more lame that you are going to just throw my whole order in the trash rather than take my cash or just give it to me for the huge inconvenience. You lost me as a customer today. The experience was horrible.

Poor quality. High price. $21.11 for an 8 wing combo!!!! I ordered wings on the bone but got boneless. I didn't say anything because I was hungry and didn't want the hassle. The wings suck3d. Very dry and didn't taste great. I never want to eat at this chain again.

I go to this location 2-3 times a month and the boneless chicken is always really good! But the fries are pretty inconsistent, sometimes they are well cooked and nicely seasoned and sometimes they are disappointing.
