It was not worth the exorbitant amount of money to pay for a substandard filthy restaurant. When my wife and I walked into the restaurant. There was was messy tables throughout the lobby, the floors were sticky, and there was trash all over the soda station. Which was not stocked properly there was a problem with the Dr. Pepper.when we notified the staff we were promptly ignored. This place has declined severely and I will not doing business with Wingstop again. Do not waste your money here.

I had placed an order online and came by to pick it up within the window that was given on my confirmation email (roughly twenty minutes after I had placed it). It was not ready when I came in, and I had to wait an additional ten minutes. The staff was apologetic and made sure my order was packed nicely once it was finished. Unfortunately the quality of the food was subpar. The wings were on the cold side, I didn't receive one of the flavors that I had specified, and there wasn't the correct amount of ranches that I had ordered. I had unfortunately discovered the mistakes once I had gotten home. I appreciate the staff's urgency to make my order, but I hope that there will be better attention to detail next time.

Asked for a refund after ordering from their app because their driver seemed to fig his filthy hands in the bag to steal food and its been nothing been a nusiance trying to get a refund or any assistance. No common sense when you talk to these people.You can feel the area where he dug his hands to grab fries out and you can see a big indent in the food. You tell them you order through their app and their excuse is oh its door dashes issue? It was nevered ordered through doordash for the 3rd call.
This store really need new management and workers to be respectful to business ethics.

Do not go here. They have the absolute worst food imaginable. Food was ice cold, one was raw and the other was overcooked. The fries were so salty they were inedible. I asked for a refund which they are still not giving me. Save yourself money and stay away from this place.

I came in for the the first time at this wingstop. I came in for a large order of wings. I asked for blue cheese dip to go with my large order of wings, and received one sauce for 40 wings. When I asked for another sauce, I was told I would have to be charged $3.40 for the sauce. It's just ridiculous when you order a large order of wings they give you one small sauce and proceed to charge you when you ask for extra. I've never had a problem at any other wingstop getting extra sauce for such a large order of wings.

My family out of state loves this place. They are always talking about how amazing it is. Unfortunately for me, all of the ones near us are trash. The sauces are the only reason I've tried this place more than once. The wings are always soggy. The fries are soggy. Today they even gave me raw chicken. I'm honestly not even mad, I'm just so incredibly disappointed.
Having witnessed a very rude behavior from a person working in the kitchen towards a person picked up a delivery on 1/19/24 in the morning, I am posting this review.

Not only did my food come out 20 minutes past the time I ordered, I paid for a large ranch and was given blue cheese instead. Big difference. Can't even pull up my order on the app because the app doesn't seem to save orders. Frustrating. Probably won't be back to this location. Maybe if the employees were nicer...
