Name was deceiving as hell. Bad donuts, threw away all 5 of them. Chewy and not appetizing. Get your donuts at Ralphs instead. $11 terribly spent for a college student.

I came here because a friend has been recommending Yum Yum, I don't know if I was at the right store but 2 female workers onsite, not pleasant, very short on communication. Bakery area looked liked it needed a deep cleaning. I could see oil buildup on the equipments. I ordered an ice coffee, tasted like dirt w/syrup. I ordered an eclair, I am sick to the stomach just looking at the picture!! If only I could give no star rating. I couldn't go back since I was on the clock. Yum Yum owner needs to deal with their employees! How could this happen!!

6/16/24 1:30pm Went it Today for a quick bite to eat and an Iced Coffee. The older lady Mexican at the counter was not very helpful and seemed annoyed to be here. I asked for a sandwich and when she asked what type of bread I wanted I replied with what are my options...she said they're right there look yourself with an attitude. Then I proceeded to order a cinnamon iced coffee that is on the poster as I walked in and she seemed very confused and asked me what I wanted in my coffee? I said I just want the one in the picture...she rolls her eyes! The exact definition of if you don't like your job get a different one! Once I get my order In and pay for it she tells me ok step aside and wait over there. (I knew that's the proper thing to do) and to finish it off I watched her tell someone "next time use the window because of your dog!" The sign on their door says service animals welcome! Food and coffee were decently good but just based on my customer service experience with that employee it leaves me no desire to return.

Super fresh donuts and reasonable prices. Nice shop, really clean. They offer more than donuts. Breakfast and lunch items that look great. I'll be back for that. Check out this place. Donuts are excellent.

Good donuts. They yelled at my wife for coming in the wrong door even though it's facing the parking lot and not marked exit only. The entrance is facing El Cajon Blvd.
